Once Amazon let us pick a close… Once Amazon let us pick a close warehouse, it was great that we were able to send there the whole shipment, but we did have problems in getting the warehouse that was good. I never benefited from my 14 day trial because we were not getting the right warehouse. Only a month later when amazon approved us for the right warehouse we used shipment maker pro to send the whole shipment there and we should not have to divide it to different warehouses.

The tool does not work at all The tool does not work at all. Their API connection is broken and although they are aware of this, they still let users sign up to their tool.

The MWS connection didn't sync provided authorization to their software and amazon showed process finished successfully. on their dashboard it showed they don't have MWS authorization. when contacted support nobody responded.

Never got software to work Never got software to work. Billed after trial even though not working. Support never answered.

Horrible Customer Service I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.
