GBCustomer support is non-existent Customer support is non-existent. No reply to two support tickets. Signed up for free trial, my ASINs never did sync properly. The trial was up after the three days and no update from the sync and no response from CS. Terrible CS.

MXHorrible Customer Service I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.

ILThe MWS connection didn't sync provided authorization to their software and amazon showed process finished successfully. on their dashboard it showed they don't have MWS authorization. when contacted support nobody responded.

GBNever got software to work Never got software to work. Billed after trial even though not working. Support never answered.
