GBNeeds improvement We've been using Sentry for several years and it's apparent that they need to improve upon their product knowledge as well as add more project managers. The constant follow up is an added source of friction. The people are nice but overall there is a lot of room for improvement.

GBPositive Experience We were having some issues with our security system and Sentry sent a technician out to detect the problem and resolve the issue. We were pleased with their attention to the problem and concern to make sure we have the safety and protection we were paying for. They were polite, friendly and efficient making it a positive experience.

GBAlarm response call problem We have had no issues until the other day when my wife tried to set the system and screwed it up prompting the alarm and a call to me at a remote location. The person who called kept asking for the password on the account to shut the system down and prevent a police response. I had no idea what the account password was and could not prevent the police response. I then got a call from my wife, who was panicking. She does not usually set our alarm to leave the house and screwed it up. She had tried to call the company and the number was not covered at the time. I immediately told her how to reset the keypad to turn off the alarm. I called back the alarm system number that had called me and found out that the password was actually the "keypad" pass code, which of course I knew. If this was explained at the time of the first call, the whole problem could have been averted.
