Got us up and running on the new system with no issues. Technician was able to tie into our existing wiring and get us up and running within two visits.

Helpful We honestly don't turn our alarm on very much, but when we do, it is easy to use and we have had no issues.

Alarm response call problem We have had no issues until the other day when my wife tried to set the system and screwed it up prompting the alarm and a call to me at a remote location. The person who called kept asking for the password on the account to shut the system down and prevent a police response. I had no idea what the account password was and could not prevent the police response. I then got a call from my wife, who was panicking. She does not usually set our alarm to leave the house and screwed it up. She had tried to call the company and the number was not covered at the time. I immediately told her how to reset the keypad to turn off the alarm. I called back the alarm system number that had called me and found out that the password was actually the "keypad" pass code, which of course I knew. If this was explained at the time of the first call, the whole problem could have been averted.
