They told me since it wasn't my fault, I wouldn't have to wait once the payment clears. They lied. Their service is spotty and doesn't always work. Just go to the ATM or something else. Customer service was a robot that could care less. Customer support didn't care. I told a supervisor will call me. Yeah right, fam. You guys are shysters. AVOID!!!

Scam? Scam. Scam! I tried to sign up for Hypur this morning to pay for an order I placed on GrassDoor. I’m so nervous now because they asked all my personal information (including last 4 of my SSN)?!? When I tried to connect my bank (Wells Fargo) it said it was unable to make the connection, twice. I stopped messing with it at that point. Shortly after, I started to get several spam/phishing e-mails claiming to be Wells Fargo, but they are all being sent to the e-mail address I gave to Hypur, not the e-mail address I use with my actual Wells Fargo account. In addition, my spam call screener has intercepted way more calls from scam phone numbers than it usually does. Im 100% sure the events are all connected. Use at your own discretion. But I’m fairly confident they’re not legit.
