FRAUD. I tried to use this service, it refused to work. I put in all my information and it just wouldn't work. Finally gave up and pulled cash out. 2 days later a fraud charge hit my account for 700 dollars. And today for 253. The fraud just keeps happening. And it's because of this app. I've had the same account for over 3 years and never had an issue. I tried to use this and now I have to open a new account. Don't use this app!!

Do to the fact that I'm a businessman… Do to the fact that I'm a businessman with business accounts. So they won't let me attach my account. There is no explanation just "its against our policy". So conclusion this company is discriminatory towards business people. Which sucks because i just lost the ability to use a preferred business. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IF OWN A BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hypur makes things so easy Hypur makes things so easy - I love it. I know longer have to run to the ATM when I'm shopping at many of my favorite stores that only take cash. I simply check-in on my Hypur account and then can pay with a simple entry on my pin. I love this app, love that there are no fees - and have told many of my friends about it!

Do not entrust Hypur with your bank account!!!! I signed up for this on the recommendation of Cannabist thinking it would be convenient. It did not work after multiple tries, clearing the cache, trying different browsers and calling customer service who were unavailable during their own posted business hours I decided I didn't want them having my information but according to their website you have to contact them to delete your account--the customer does not have the option to do this on their own. Guess what? Again, they do not answer their phone. So I leave emails. No answer there. DO NOT use this company. At the end of the day, it's no big deal to use cash or your debit card. Why risk giving your information to a company that is either incompetent of simply shady as f.

Scam? Scam. Scam! I tried to sign up for Hypur this morning to pay for an order I placed on GrassDoor. I’m so nervous now because they asked all my personal information (including last 4 of my SSN)?!? When I tried to connect my bank (Wells Fargo) it said it was unable to make the connection, twice. I stopped messing with it at that point. Shortly after, I started to get several spam/phishing e-mails claiming to be Wells Fargo, but they are all being sent to the e-mail address I gave to Hypur, not the e-mail address I use with my actual Wells Fargo account. In addition, my spam call screener has intercepted way more calls from scam phone numbers than it usually does. Im 100% sure the events are all connected. Use at your own discretion. But I’m fairly confident they’re not legit.
