Very unprofessional for a company who… Very unprofessional for a company who has less than 50 employees. I can tell this company has no culture, morals, or values. “John Carter” if that’s even your name should be let go immediately. A customer service manager who sat on the phone and had a screaming match with me for 10+ minutes hurling very insulting slurs ! This company is going no where FAST !

Slow to process Slow to process, lags and asks for repetitive verifications. Does not communicate effectively with other banks and requires customer service for most fixes, and even when the cash is removed from your account days after they still keep a hold. Just not ready for primtime.

Scam? Scam. Scam! I tried to sign up for Hypur this morning to pay for an order I placed on GrassDoor. I’m so nervous now because they asked all my personal information (including last 4 of my SSN)?!? When I tried to connect my bank (Wells Fargo) it said it was unable to make the connection, twice. I stopped messing with it at that point. Shortly after, I started to get several spam/phishing e-mails claiming to be Wells Fargo, but they are all being sent to the e-mail address I gave to Hypur, not the e-mail address I use with my actual Wells Fargo account. In addition, my spam call screener has intercepted way more calls from scam phone numbers than it usually does. Im 100% sure the events are all connected. Use at your own discretion. But I’m fairly confident they’re not legit.
