GBVery unprofessional for a company who… Very unprofessional for a company who has less than 50 employees. I can tell this company has no culture, morals, or values. “John Carter” if that’s even your name should be let go immediately. A customer service manager who sat on the phone and had a screaming match with me for 10+ minutes hurling very insulting slurs ! This company is going no where FAST !

GBDo not entrust Hypur with your bank account!!!! I signed up for this on the recommendation of Cannabist thinking it would be convenient. It did not work after multiple tries, clearing the cache, trying different browsers and calling customer service who were unavailable during their own posted business hours I decided I didn't want them having my information but according to their website you have to contact them to delete your account--the customer does not have the option to do this on their own. Guess what? Again, they do not answer their phone. So I leave emails. No answer there. DO NOT use this company. At the end of the day, it's no big deal to use cash or your debit card. Why risk giving your information to a company that is either incompetent of simply shady as f.

GBFRAUD. I tried to use this service, it refused to work. I put in all my information and it just wouldn't work. Finally gave up and pulled cash out. 2 days later a fraud charge hit my account for 700 dollars. And today for 253. The fraud just keeps happening. And it's because of this app. I've had the same account for over 3 years and never had an issue. I tried to use this and now I have to open a new account. Don't use this app!!

GBUnreliable garbage. Unreliable garbage. Poor customer service. Braindead "policies." They screwed up with my credit union. I called immediately to fix it when notified. They told me since it wasn't my fault, I wouldn't have to wait once the payment clears. They lied. Their service is spotty and doesn't always work. Just go to the ATM or something else. Customer service was a robot that could care less. Customer support didn't care. I told a supervisor will call me. Yeah right, fam. You guys are shysters. AVOID!!!

GBDo to the fact that I'm a businessman… Do to the fact that I'm a businessman with business accounts. So they won't let me attach my account. There is no explanation just "its against our policy". So conclusion this company is discriminatory towards business people. Which sucks because i just lost the ability to use a preferred business. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IF OWN A BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
