GBEmpty Promises and No Support We used Choptank after their hounded our company for months. As broker, we expect them to support us as their customer on claims. We had a load that had clearly had transit damage and been restacked. We experienced over $8,000+ in damages which carrier refused to pay. They have done NOTHING to help resolve the issue. Now they are not responding to emails or calls for assistance. I would not use them!!!

GBTheir brokers are so rude they think… Their brokers are so rude they think they own the loadboard and when they don't like something they just hanging up the phone..

GBNicole Newman is by far the super star… Nicole Newman is by far the super star of this company. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else. Her willingness to help is only surpass by her determination to provide excellent customer service. Danielle and and Tim are also fantastic. Just all around great service.

GBCAN'T GET PAYMENT They booked the load from us and ended up to be a dry run. After all the back and forth, they never respond the email and calls. Payment was pending since April and now it's been 4 months now! Please do not work with them and get yourself into a trouble

GBWorst Customer Service Ever Most of the drivers they hire are inexperienced. They lie about their elog times, and the drivers give attitude when they have to wait longer than expected. Which is sometimes understandable, but if we paid for the whole truck, and you are getting paid to literally sit and do nothing for 3 hours, I don't want to hear any sass. The customer service is terrible. They said we had to pay extra for the driver waiting, which is fine, but they again lied about the time he arrived and departed, trying to charge us extra thinking we wouldn't notice. It takes weeks to get an answer/quote sometimes. Once I contacted them for a quote and didn't get a response for a MONTH. Unacceptable. This company is awful. Use Old Dominion for your freight needs.
