GBGreat product now with local support I use this product across my restaurants in the UK and can't praise it highly enough. I have all the benefits of a well established product with lots of integrations where I need them but with the super secure architecture of iOS. The project process and initial support from NFS has been first class and the credit card processing is saving me money vs my last deal with Dojo.

GBUntrustworthy Corp Got bonded to a contract when I didn’t get the full out disclosure of fees and other requirements needed until I had signed agreement. It’s been over 6 weeks and haven’t gotten anything but two boxes and my money has been long gone. The service after my discontent and explanation of unreasonable help was horrible. Just like all companies they want your money and do not care for your business growth.

GBThe software isn't terrible but the… The software isn't terrible but the fees make it not worth it. Every additional add on costs extra. To get decent service it's $60 a month. To have a loyalty system is another $25. If you don't use their processor it's another $149. Then on top of it they just raise the software fees above your contracted amount whenever they feel like it and then tack on a 10% administrative fee. I went from under $275 a month to $424 and they had the gaul to tell me they'd charge me the $15,000 cancellation fee if I tried to cancel four months early because of it. Never use this company if you have a choice.

GBWhy is there no class-action lawsuit yet? One star only because zero was not possible. So very shady - as an existing client, back in March '22, I, and I suppose everyone? received a "pop-up" on the register requiring my cashier to agree to their new terms of service. Plus, even if the pop-up wasn't clicked, simply continuing to use the system was a de facto contractual agreement. What's in that agreement, on page 11? A new three-year contract with full payment required if cancelled. No notice, no acknowledgment of agreement. Nothing. I only found out when I went to cancel the service and now am on the hook for thousands of $$. Please everyone, let me know where to sign up for the class-action lawsuit.

GBSkip worked tirelessly and patiently to … Skip worked tirelessly and patiently to give us all the detailed information we needed to make an informed decision. He gave us 2 demos and walked us through the process carefully. He was available continuously for two weeks almost daily, returning phone calls and emails within minutes. Texting us when he was unavailable to let us know. He remained cheerful and considerate throughout all our demands on his time. Because of his service we feel very confident that we made the best choice for our bar. We really appreciate all of this Skip, thank you.
