Huge mistake I waited on hold for support once for 61 minutes, YES that is more than 1 hour! Another handful of times I waited for 30-40 minutes. Customer service agents are knowledgeable but there is a language barrier. The system is very confusing to use and set up in Backoffice. A lot of extra steps for every action, not good for a bar at all! I cant see it being beneficial for QSR either. They also misrepresented the capabilities of the system, so I was released from my contract, with a 45% restocking fee on their returned and proprietary equipment (stand, cables and other stuff)

STAY AWAY FORM REVEL ADVANTAGE Stay away from Revel Advantage, their payment processing division. We signed up and they sent us a wireless chip reader which was very slow and did not work. They then send us an wired one which was also very, very slow. Both were refurbished. I called to complain as these chip readers were just to slow for our operation and was told they were the only options. When i cancelled revel POS with a "client specialist" I was told they would be a $500 cancellation free for Revel Advantage. I let them know that this system was just not working for us and the client specialist said he wish he knew about the problem. I let him know I did and that nothing could be done???? STAY AWAY FROM REVEL ADVANTAGE IF YOU NEED A FAST PAYMENT PROCESSOR...

If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Revel is awful. We have technical issues every couple of weeks and can’t get the technical support that they promised! We will sit on the phone for hours waiting for someone in tech support to pickup…sometime they never answer. When they do finally pickup, it’s someone you can barely understand from Pakistan and by that time we’ve have to close our doors and stop doing business, losing thousands of dollars. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Don’t be fooled. Walk about from the POS…it literally is a POS.

Worse than a used car salesman with a lemon. I’ve been trying for weeks to purchase this POS but I’ve either been completely ignored or had bullying tactics used to get me to sign up by the end of the week without first answering some basic questions I have. I feel like I’m dealing with a used car salesman who knows he has a lemon on his hands. Revel - get a clue. If you’re an honest business with a solid system, you shouldn’t have to hide or lie about your pricing, ignore potential customer’s questions, or make people pay for equipment they don’t think they need.

Untrustworthy Corp Got bonded to a contract when I didn’t get the full out disclosure of fees and other requirements needed until I had signed agreement. It’s been over 6 weeks and haven’t gotten anything but two boxes and my money has been long gone. The service after my discontent and explanation of unreasonable help was horrible. Just like all companies they want your money and do not care for your business growth.
