Fast delivery, good quality I received my order in good time. The backdrop was good quality, although as it was folded, the printing rubbed off on the backdrop, but after a wash it was good.

All of the blind boxes were super weird… All of the blind boxes were super weird small and ugly backdrops. I feel like they just send all the backdrops that nobody wants on those blind boxes. I got Christmas theme backdrops in March I wish I had gotten Spring or summer backdrops instead. I am definitely not buying blind boxes ever again.

I requested a refund and was denied it I requested a refund due to lack of quality and looks different as advertised. The company was difficult and told me they don’t do refunds based on my personal reasons, basically refusing to give me a refund and asked me to send a picture of the backdrop. I will never purchase anything again from this company nor recommend anyone else to. I feel like I was scammed.

I'm SOLD on Kate Backdrops! I don't think I will ever buy a backdrop from anywhere else! I now have three and each one has surpassed my expectations (Christmas, Spring Flowers, Mother's Day Greenhouse). Great quality, love the hanging pocket, colors are vibrant, tons of options, lots of fun for the creative minds!

Collapsible backdrop does not hang straight I recently purchased the blue cream collapsible backdrop and used it on a shoot. I was extremely disappointed because the backdrop does not hang straight whatsoever -- the frame used on it was warped/unbalanced forcing it to hang crooked. This resulted in images that I am now forced to retouch/extend the backdrop. I have other collapsible backdrops from other companies that are a joy to use. Not so with this one.
