Better than expected The backdrop was well made and thicker than expected. With the right lighting it looks pretty realistic.

Upon receiving the seamless backdrops, I was impressed by their top-notch quality. Unfortunately, one of them sustained damage during transit. However, Kate Backdrop team responded immediately and swiftly addressed my concern and promptly shipped out replacements without any hassle. Normally I have to jump over hoops to get replacements for damaged products but Kate made is SO easy. I will be a devoted customer for sure!

Amazing! This custom backdrop I ordered was truly IMPRESSIVE! the price was so much affordable than the other backdrops I ordered. It came fast and was perfect for our travel themed event. They were able to put our event logo on the backdrop. Although communication was a 12 hour difference they were still able to get the logo exactly where I want it and have it printed and shipped to me at the last second!

I requested a refund and was denied it I requested a refund due to lack of quality and looks different as advertised. The company was difficult and told me they don’t do refunds based on my personal reasons, basically refusing to give me a refund and asked me to send a picture of the backdrop. I will never purchase anything again from this company nor recommend anyone else to. I feel like I was scammed.

I'm SOLD on Kate Backdrops! I don't think I will ever buy a backdrop from anywhere else! I now have three and each one has surpassed my expectations (Christmas, Spring Flowers, Mother's Day Greenhouse). Great quality, love the hanging pocket, colors are vibrant, tons of options, lots of fun for the creative minds!
