I'm SOLD on Kate Backdrops! I don't think I will ever buy a backdrop from anywhere else! I now have three and each one has surpassed my expectations (Christmas, Spring Flowers, Mother's Day Greenhouse). Great quality, love the hanging pocket, colors are vibrant, tons of options, lots of fun for the creative minds!

I requested a refund and was denied it I requested a refund due to lack of quality and looks different as advertised. The company was difficult and told me they don’t do refunds based on my personal reasons, basically refusing to give me a refund and asked me to send a picture of the backdrop. I will never purchase anything again from this company nor recommend anyone else to. I feel like I was scammed.

Great Business Prices are average . Quality is good although the colors have been inconsistent a couple of times with the website. I have bought custom made backgrounds as well. Over all a great place to purchase from

Inaccurate sizing I purchased two backdrops, dark green and a rustic, weathered wall. They were both supposed to cover the wall and then come down over the floor as well. I used the dark green yesterday for the first time. The color is beautiful and the material is nice and thick. However, not only did it not cover the floor, it didn’t cover the entire wall floor to ceiling either. Standard 8’ ceilings. I was left with about an 18” gap I had to figure out. At the bottom was also a wide white seam with bright blue and yellow writing all on it. In the end I did figure something out, but there was still a lot of post editing that I was hoping would have been eliminated. What was there photographed beautifully. If the sizing would have been accurate I believe I would have given 5 stars
