Great Business Prices are average . Quality is good although the colors have been inconsistent a couple of times with the website. I have bought custom made backgrounds as well. Over all a great place to purchase from

I requested a refund and was denied it I requested a refund due to lack of quality and looks different as advertised. The company was difficult and told me they don’t do refunds based on my personal reasons, basically refusing to give me a refund and asked me to send a picture of the backdrop. I will never purchase anything again from this company nor recommend anyone else to. I feel like I was scammed.

Better than expected The backdrop was well made and thicker than expected. With the right lighting it looks pretty realistic.

Upon receiving the seamless backdrops, I was impressed by their top-notch quality. Unfortunately, one of them sustained damage during transit. However, Kate Backdrop team responded immediately and swiftly addressed my concern and promptly shipped out replacements without any hassle. Normally I have to jump over hoops to get replacements for damaged products but Kate made is SO easy. I will be a devoted customer for sure!
