No insurance I know is working with them I have not received any request from any insurance asking me to provide my practice information to these people. It is not a reliable business. Not like CAQH, etc.

If I could give them zero stars I… If I could give them zero stars I would! I have no clue who they are and they constantly hound you for information. I asked them to remove my information from their site and I was told no since it was public information. So I let them know the information listed was incorrect and asked them to correct it. Again I was told no. I blocked their emails, and it worked for a while. Now they are back to hounding me by email again! There should be some law again this harassment!

Waste of time. Sick of receiving these faxes to update my information. Just another ridiculous addition to the already ridiculous amount of paperwork that is associated with insurance billing. I have just completed the last one I intend to complete. If an insurance company kicks me off their provider list then so be it.

Busy doctors don’t need BetterDoctors Busy doctors don’t need BetterDoctors. I hope they go bankrupt so that they go away. They are redundant to CAQH, which insurers already use. I can’t believe they have VC investors, what an uninspired company. Those investors are stupid too, should have done their homework on CAQH. No relative is a doctor who could have told any of them about that?

I've been receiving unsolicited data … I've been receiving unsolicited data requests from betterdoctor.com (BETTERDOCTOR, INC.) saying that Washington Healthplanfinder is needing my practice info for recredentialing. When I called WA Healthplanfinder they told me they know nothing about BETTERDOCTOR and have no affiliation with them. This is official looking and misleading advertising from a company pretending to be something it's not in order to get physicians to sign up with their advertising directory. You can see BETTERDOCTOR'S complaints on the BBB site.
