We are Adult Day Care and have been in existence, at the same location for 45 years. Please stop requesting these quarterly updates, as we are not out soliciting patients! WE DON'T HAVE PATIENTS. We Have long term participants. I will not be returning anymore faxes or mail correspondences.

GBData mining scam......and a poor one at… Data mining scam......and a poor one at that. It makes zero sense to even claim they are working on behalf of Optima as Optima (and every other insurer on the planet) already has a provider directory on their website. Not many more professions on this planet as pathetic as a data miner and I'm including telemarketers in that statement. Whoever is claiming this site and responding to these complaints needs a role model in life.

GBBusy doctors don’t need BetterDoctors Busy doctors don’t need BetterDoctors. I hope they go bankrupt so that they go away. They are redundant to CAQH, which insurers already use. I can’t believe they have VC investors, what an uninspired company. Those investors are stupid too, should have done their homework on CAQH. No relative is a doctor who could have told any of them about that?

GBWhy do they fax me? Who are they? Why do they fax me? They can not even say, who they are, why should I "validate" any information on me, CS does not even listen! We have enough unprofessional AI already!

GBWaste of time. Sick of receiving these faxes to update my information. Just another ridiculous addition to the already ridiculous amount of paperwork that is associated with insurance billing. I have just completed the last one I intend to complete. If an insurance company kicks me off their provider list then so be it.
