Don't trust these people they use lying… Don't trust these people they use lying by inference in all their calls giving the impression you are not in compliance unless you contact them. This is a blatant falsehood... they are not to be trusted.

They are sending our info validation requests to our patients address - not sure where they are even getting that from. WE dont want to deal with them and want them to stop sending us mail or email or fax

Why do they fax me? Who are they? Why do they fax me? They can not even say, who they are, why should I "validate" any information on me, CS does not even listen! We have enough unprofessional AI already!

We have been receiving quarterly… We have been receiving quarterly updates from betterdoctor.com. WHY??? We are NOT a patient oriented business. We are Adult Day Care and have been in existence, at the same location for 45 years. Please stop requesting these quarterly updates, as we are not out soliciting patients! WE DON'T HAVE PATIENTS. We Have long term participants. I will not be returning anymore faxes or mail correspondences.
