I get emails from "Melissa" at Better… I get emails from "Melissa" at Better Doctor. I verify given a code. Next week I get a fax from better doctor. I get snail mails from Better Doctor They are taking so much of my time and not making me a Better Doctor. I have verified so many times. Who are they? I mostly use CAQH to verify as most insurance companies use CAQH. I now put anything from Better Doctor into the Spam folder.

They just popped up out of nowhere. They just popped up out of nowhere - they do not even exist, along with the email address they state. A real site that does exist is BeyondOrganicDoctors.com, totally different and legit.

I've been receiving unsolicited data … I've been receiving unsolicited data requests from betterdoctor.com (BETTERDOCTOR, INC.) saying that Washington Healthplanfinder is needing my practice info for recredentialing. When I called WA Healthplanfinder they told me they know nothing about BETTERDOCTOR and have no affiliation with them. This is official looking and misleading advertising from a company pretending to be something it's not in order to get physicians to sign up with their advertising directory. You can see BETTERDOCTOR'S complaints on the BBB site.

I got mail from this company eluding to… I got mail from this company eluding to the fact they "work" for Pacific Source and that I am required to update my information with them. I looked up reviews and all are bad that this company is not legit. I looked up the address on the letter 2443 Fillmore St #308, San Francisco, CA and this is a UPS store with apartments above it. This appears to be an unsafe data mining operation-Definitely not legit!

I wish they would just leave me alone! I just attempted to call and investigate as to what insurance company was using this company. I was told that there was only one individual who could help me and she was on a call. I am beyond tired of receiving these faxes requesting me to update my information!
