We have been receiving quarterly… We have been receiving quarterly updates from betterdoctor.com. WHY??? We are NOT a patient oriented business. We are Adult Day Care and have been in existence, at the same location for 45 years. Please stop requesting these quarterly updates, as we are not out soliciting patients! WE DON'T HAVE PATIENTS. We Have long term participants. I will not be returning anymore faxes or mail correspondences.

No insurance I know is working with them I have not received any request from any insurance asking me to provide my practice information to these people. It is not a reliable business. Not like CAQH, etc.

We've asked repeatedly to be removed… We've asked repeatedly to be removed from BetterDoctor fax and email lists, yet the barrage of review and overdue review requests continue. As we've told them via support at betterdoctor.com, we make necessary changes when and as they occur within our organization - there's simply no need or purpose for their quarterly reviews. Also, as stated by another reviewer here, no plan we've spoken with knows anything about this organization so it's wasted time and energy on our part. We just want them to leave us alone and our requests only result in more useless explanations.

I get emails from "Melissa" at Better… I get emails from "Melissa" at Better Doctor. I verify given a code. Next week I get a fax from better doctor. I get snail mails from Better Doctor They are taking so much of my time and not making me a Better Doctor. I have verified so many times. Who are they? I mostly use CAQH to verify as most insurance companies use CAQH. I now put anything from Better Doctor into the Spam folder.

Don't trust these people they use lying… Don't trust these people they use lying by inference in all their calls giving the impression you are not in compliance unless you contact them. This is a blatant falsehood... they are not to be trusted.
