They reached out to me to alert me of potential errors that I might want to change. I will be using FlipChap again.

Great customization, even better customer service Chose FlipChap for the small detail customization options that other big brand's like Shutterfly just don't offer. The photo book customization software was also super easy to use. But my biggest reason for the 5 star review was by far the customer service I received from Daniel. He emailed me to alert me of a potential error in my design so that it could be corrected before printing. He also spoke in a kind but personal way, not the cold, robotic, scripted way that you get from most online retailers; having that real human interaction makes the customer service so much better (and I wish other companies would realize that). Highly recommend FlipChap! Will use again for sure!

1st Time User...GREAT experience! I made a photobook for a customer's special event and I was REALLY nervous about how it would come out since it was my first one. I used the InDesign Template upload. Daniel was incredibly helpful, even giving me some feedback on one of the book covers so it wouldn't look off center. Printing and shipping was crazy quick, which was appreciated since I had a tight turnaround on this project. The customer service was stellar and the end product turned out great. My customer loved it!

Highly recommend! Quality product, Excellent customer service I recently purchased my first FlipChap book and was very impressed with the end to end experience! I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!

Will definitely be ordering another very soon. I had a great experience with FlipChap! The website was easy to use and personalize my album. It was delivered very quickly and was in perfect condition. I was most surprised at the quality of the album. It feels and looks way more expensive than what I paid. The customer service helped make sure my photos were crystal clear, which went above and beyond any other album-creating site I've ever used in the past. Will definitely be ordering another very soon.
