Great Customization and Customer Support I am thrilled with the book I received. They offered a ton of options for customizing the cover of the book and to go through and edit each individual page myself (with some pre-set templates/layouts that were helpful). When I submitted the book, customer service was very helpful in confirming the details of what I wanted and updating me on the shipping status. I was also impressed with how quickly the book arrived (much faster than other services I've seen) with a relatively comparable price.

I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!

Highly Recommend Flipchap I have made several books with Flipchap and highly recommend them. First and foremost, their customer service is excellent. They offer Chat which is always helpful but if it's not available, you will get a response to your question very quickly. The books I made were lay-flat HD and they came out beautifully. Flipchap offers so many options for covers and layouts. Making a custom book is pretty intuitive. You will be happy with the product and the customer service!

1st Time User...GREAT experience! I made a photobook for a customer's special event and I was REALLY nervous about how it would come out since it was my first one. I used the InDesign Template upload. Daniel was incredibly helpful, even giving me some feedback on one of the book covers so it wouldn't look off center. Printing and shipping was crazy quick, which was appreciated since I had a tight turnaround on this project. The customer service was stellar and the end product turned out great. My customer loved it!

The price may be high for some but as I just create an annual book I think it's a nice way to collect memories! Also Daniel was always very responsive and helpful with support.
