Amazing quality and service The quality and amazing customer service has far exceeded our expectations. The book was a gift and they loved it! The book also came with a few surprise extras which were really appreciated. The book was printed and shipped way faster than expected as well. We will definitely come back and are VERY happy customers.

Highly recommend! Quality product, Excellent customer service I recently purchased my first FlipChap book and was very impressed with the end to end experience! I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!

I would not recommend Flipchap-expensive shipping and hard to edit cover options I would not recommend Flipchap. The customization process was clumsy and innacurate. The layout tools were confusing and it wasn't clear whether full-bleed images were allowed. There were lots of hidden costs along the way once we added the photo books to our checkout cart - shipping was almost as much as the book itself, and cover lettering options were not included in base price - to add our own names and date it would be an additional $30. They only take paypal as a method of payment, which was inconvenient for us. Will not order anything through this company again.

Really happy with the results I received the book and presentation box yesterday and I can only say that I have not seen a beautiful craftsmanship as this one before!! They are both beautiful and exquisite! The finishing and the packaging were just excellent! I am really happy with the results!
