Highly Recommend Flipchap I have made several books with Flipchap and highly recommend them. First and foremost, their customer service is excellent. They offer Chat which is always helpful but if it's not available, you will get a response to your question very quickly. The books I made were lay-flat HD and they came out beautifully. Flipchap offers so many options for covers and layouts. Making a custom book is pretty intuitive. You will be happy with the product and the customer service!

I would not recommend Flipchap-expensive shipping and hard to edit cover options I would not recommend Flipchap. The customization process was clumsy and innacurate. The layout tools were confusing and it wasn't clear whether full-bleed images were allowed. There were lots of hidden costs along the way once we added the photo books to our checkout cart - shipping was almost as much as the book itself, and cover lettering options were not included in base price - to add our own names and date it would be an additional $30. They only take paypal as a method of payment, which was inconvenient for us. Will not order anything through this company again.

Outstanding products!! Outstanding products. I ordered the Modern Flip Boxes to house my limited edition artist books. They are spectacular. Each aspect of the box is meticulously done and I am beyond pleased. I will be a regular customer from now on.

Great Customization and Customer Support I am thrilled with the book I received. They offered a ton of options for customizing the cover of the book and to go through and edit each individual page myself (with some pre-set templates/layouts that were helpful). When I submitted the book, customer service was very helpful in confirming the details of what I wanted and updating me on the shipping status. I was also impressed with how quickly the book arrived (much faster than other services I've seen) with a relatively comparable price.

I was certain it would take weeks to process my order, but I received the whole thing within 10 days of placing the order. As I'm an amateur when it comes to photo books, I nearly immediately received an individualized email from customer service, making sure my placement was as I wished, and offering helpful suggestions.
