Highly recommend! Quality product, Excellent customer service I recently purchased my first FlipChap book and was very impressed with the end to end experience! I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!

It was delivered very quickly and was in perfect condition. I was most surprised at the quality of the album. It feels and looks way more expensive than what I paid. I was certain it would take weeks to process my order, but I received the whole thing within 10 days of placing the order. Highly Recommend Flipchap I have made several books with Flipchap and highly recommend them. First and foremost, their customer service is excellent. They offer Chat which is always helpful but if it's not available, you will get a response to your question very quickly. The books I made were lay-flat HD and they came out beautifully. Flipchap offers so many options for covers and layouts. Making a custom book is pretty intuitive. You will be happy with the product and the customer service!
