GB$495 Cancellation fee after 12 YEARS of being a customer! I recently cancelled my account after being a customer for 12 years. A month later I was billed a $495 "early cancellation" fee. I was never told about this fee and how can it be considered an early cancellation after 12 YEARS! This is the exact reason I cancelled my account. They continually add more and more fees to your bill until it makes no sense to use them anymore. Avoid this company.

GBEVO Payments is Bad News. Stay far away. I had been a customer since 2015, and now I have a debt collector fee running AGGRESSIVELY behind me for a $495 cancellation fee + another $600 for whatever they're claiming. I must have forgotten I signed a lifetime agreement with them. EVO Payments is Bad News. Stay away from them.

GBWe are a small organic farm trying to… We are a small organic farm trying to grow healthy food for are area. We have had the most unbelievable experience WITH Evos. They are very unethical and unprofessional. They always have an answer for screwing you. Went to cancel our services after 3yrs and found out that we needed to cancel by first if January so now we were in another 3yr contract. Going to cost us $495 to cancel it. Plus they ripped us with a supposedly free wireless reader to use at farmers market. Went to return that and cancel that account. Ended up since we returned the reader late, they charged up with $695 event hough they did receive equipment, plus a;$495 fee for canceling that account. I have a lot of notes, so I'm looking into further action against them. Oh, found out they have been taken over by another company recently. Don't ever do buisness with them

GBAvoid using EVO Payment system All business owner avoid this company if you can. I cancelled my account after being a customer for 13 years due to hidden fees/charges. A few months later I was billed an early cancellation fee totaling $1400 for a portable machine which was useless and the other payment system. When I called to cancel my service, the customer rep never disclosed this fee nor that I had 90 days after notifying them to avoid this fee. EVO Payment system does not value their client as they should, because if they did, they would have been more transparent about their fees & monthly charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

GBPredatory and unnecessary new account with fees... They required me to open a new account when I wanted to add a mobile terminal. New account included a $49 monthly PCI fee -- which they never notified me about -- nor did they email me about it because they neglected to add my email to my account data. When I did learn that they were charging me they refused to refund the collected fees but acknowledged they did not need to create a new account for me in the first place. They are money-grubbing pigs and will do anything to keep as much as they can of yours.
