USDo not use this company Do not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews prior to sighing a contract. The hidden dues and fees is astounding. Two pages worth of fees!! I am a small company and I can't absorb these fees so I discontinued my account only to be charged another $495 for early termination. I will save that amount of money in two months with Square.

USAvoid using EVO Payment system All business owner avoid this company if you can. I cancelled my account after being a customer for 13 years due to hidden fees/charges. A few months later I was billed an early cancellation fee totaling $1400 for a portable machine which was useless and the other payment system. When I called to cancel my service, the customer rep never disclosed this fee nor that I had 90 days after notifying them to avoid this fee. EVO Payment system does not value their client as they should, because if they did, they would have been more transparent about their fees & monthly charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

USMy name is Michael and I’m a small… My name is Michael and I’m a small business owner that is part of a network of karate schools that use EVO for our payment processing. Our schools are aimed at helping youth learn valuable lessons early on in life. We have been customers for many years We use EVO because the school management software we use requires it. However, we are moving to a new software that better meets our needs plus saves us money, which as a small business owners, is critical to us being able to provide for our families. The new software uses Stripe so we need to migrate from EVO to Stripe. We found out that to do this, EVO wants to charge each of our schools (each with a different mom or dad that owns it) $750 plus $1.25 per card. I was shocked by this because for someone whose livelihood is the school, this is a significant cost. I reached out to some other SMB owners I know and they say they’ve done this but the fee was always fixed and less than $400. I was hoping you’d be able to help us and myself migrate from EVO to Stripe at a much more palatable cost. Thank you, Michael McCreery

US3 years contract. So I signed a 3 years contract. Great. Never had a problem with yall always work ok. But apparently when u sign a contract they have another small area 13A on contract that said after yall 3 Yeats Co tract we gonna renew for you with out letting you know. So I went to cancel after the 3 years and surprise, I signed in 2020 that contract that they would renew my account. So I canceled they didn't tell me anything about this. After 1 week I received a bill $495 for late fee cancelation. Never again Never recommended to a friend. The worst. Steeling by contract. Worst costumer service to not even let me know u gonna get charge when u cancel

USConstant Overcharges w/ worst customer service and fake contracts. The POS system I chose came with a 1 year contract with EVO. 1st year was ok, some overcharges but the 2nd year was constant overcharges, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. None of their cust serv numbers work, emails unanswered, worse are their undisclosed auto renew contracts. I've had enough of this miserable rip off company.
