GBPredatory and unnecessary new account with fees... They required me to open a new account when I wanted to add a mobile terminal. New account included a $49 monthly PCI fee -- which they never notified me about -- nor did they email me about it because they neglected to add my email to my account data. When I did learn that they were charging me they refused to refund the collected fees but acknowledged they did not need to create a new account for me in the first place. They are money-grubbing pigs and will do anything to keep as much as they can of yours.

GBExcellent Service including after care! Hi we changed our pdq machine provider to Evo Payments - Darren Lewis called into the office to enquire on whether he could save us on our previous provider. Darren was very helpful not just by saving us on our monthly charges, also on his dedication and support throughout the change. The after care provided is also second to none. GBUse literally ANY other company Use literally ANY other company! I was robbed by evo payments for years. Hidden fees, contracts that auto renew and horrible customer service. Beware! You've been warned!

GBBig mistake using Evo It was a big mistake going with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. A one-month notice of cancellation isn't enough for them. They want 3 months or they renew your account. If they renew your account and you still wish to cancel they will charge you an early termination fee.

GBConstant Overcharges w/ worst customer service and fake contracts. The POS system I chose came with a 1 year contract with EVO. 1st year was ok, some overcharges but the 2nd year was constant overcharges, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. None of their cust serv numbers work, emails unanswered, worse are their undisclosed auto renew contracts. I've had enough of this miserable rip off company.
