GBConstant Overcharges w/ worst customer service and fake contracts. The POS system I chose came with a 1 year contract with EVO. 1st year was ok, some overcharges but the 2nd year was constant overcharges, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. None of their cust serv numbers work, emails unanswered, worse are their undisclosed auto renew contracts. I've had enough of this miserable rip off company.

GBI wouldn’t recommend EVO to anyone not… I wouldn’t recommend EVO to anyone not even my worst enemy. We are finally canceling with them after 2 years of every month the fees being different. We have paid from 50.00 a month to 400.00 a month no small business can do that. They can’t explain your monthly fees bc they say it changes every month. We have called numerous times and tried to get an explanation for the huge amount taken out of our accounts but they always say they alerted us in our statements and emails which we never got one time during the two years with this pathetic company if that is what you would even call it. It’s a scam you will be ripped off and unfortunately we had to learn the hard way so please go elsewhere.

GBBig mistake using Evo It was a big mistake going with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. A one-month notice of cancellation isn't enough for them. They want 3 months or they renew your account. If they renew your account and you still wish to cancel they will charge you an early termination fee.

GB3 years contract. So I signed a 3 years contract. Great. Never had a problem with yall always work ok. But apparently when u sign a contract they have another small area 13A on contract that said after yall 3 Yeats Co tract we gonna renew for you with out letting you know. So I went to cancel after the 3 years and surprise, I signed in 2020 that contract that they would renew my account. So I canceled they didn't tell me anything about this. After 1 week I received a bill $495 for late fee cancelation. Never again Never recommended to a friend. The worst. Steeling by contract. Worst costumer service to not even let me know u gonna get charge when u cancel

GBWe are a small organic farm trying to… We are a small organic farm trying to grow healthy food for are area. We have had the most unbelievable experience WITH Evos. They are very unethical and unprofessional. They always have an answer for screwing you. Went to cancel our services after 3yrs and found out that we needed to cancel by first if January so now we were in another 3yr contract. Going to cost us $495 to cancel it. Plus they ripped us with a supposedly free wireless reader to use at farmers market. Went to return that and cancel that account. Ended up since we returned the reader late, they charged up with $695 event hough they did receive equipment, plus a;$495 fee for canceling that account. I have a lot of notes, so I'm looking into further action against them. Oh, found out they have been taken over by another company recently. Don't ever do buisness with them
