GB$495 Cancellation fee after 12 YEARS of being a customer! I recently cancelled my account after being a customer for 12 years. A month later I was billed a $495 "early cancellation" fee. I was never told about this fee and how can it be considered an early cancellation after 12 YEARS! This is the exact reason I cancelled my account. They continually add more and more fees to your bill until it makes no sense to use them anymore. Avoid this company.

GBI wouldn’t recommend EVO to anyone not… I wouldn’t recommend EVO to anyone not even my worst enemy. We are finally canceling with them after 2 years of every month the fees being different. We have paid from 50.00 a month to 400.00 a month no small business can do that. They can’t explain your monthly fees bc they say it changes every month. We have called numerous times and tried to get an explanation for the huge amount taken out of our accounts but they always say they alerted us in our statements and emails which we never got one time during the two years with this pathetic company if that is what you would even call it. It’s a scam you will be ripped off and unfortunately we had to learn the hard way so please go elsewhere.

GBExcellent Service including after care! Hi we changed our pdq machine provider to Evo Payments - Darren Lewis called into the office to enquire on whether he could save us on our previous provider. Darren was very helpful not just by saving us on our monthly charges, also on his dedication and support throughout the change. The after care provided is also second to none. I would certainly recommend any company to get in touch for a no obligation quotation.

GBMy name is Michael and I’m a small… My name is Michael and I’m a small business owner that is part of a network of karate schools that use EVO for our payment processing. Our schools are aimed at helping youth learn valuable lessons early on in life. We have been customers for many years We use EVO because the school management software we use requires it. However, we are moving to a new software that better meets our needs plus saves us money, which as a small business owners, is critical to us being able to provide for our families. The new software uses Stripe so we need to migrate from EVO to Stripe. We found out that to do this, EVO wants to charge each of our schools (each with a different mom or dad that owns it) $750 plus $1.25 per card. I was shocked by this because for someone whose livelihood is the school, this is a significant cost. I reached out to some other SMB owners I know and they say they’ve done this but the fee was always fixed and less than $400. I was hoping you’d be able to help us and myself migrate from EVO to Stripe at a much more palatable cost. Thank you, Michael McCreery

GBBig mistake using Evo It was a big mistake going with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. A one-month notice of cancellation isn't enough for them. They want 3 months or they renew your account. If they renew your account and you still wish to cancel they will charge you an early termination fee.
