They are very unethical and unprofessional. They always have an answer for screwing you. Went to cancel our services after 3yrs and found out that we needed to cancel by first if January so now we were in another 3yr contract. Going to cost us $495 to cancel it. Plus they ripped us with a supposedly free wireless reader to use at farmers market. Went to return that and cancel that account. Ended up since we returned the reader late, they charged up with $695 event hough they did receive equipment, plus a;$495 fee for canceling that account. I have a lot of notes, so I'm looking into further action against them. Oh, found out they have been taken over by another company recently. Don't ever do buisness with them

GBConstant Overcharges w/ worst customer service and fake contracts. The POS system I chose came with a 1 year contract with EVO. 1st year was ok, some overcharges but the 2nd year was constant overcharges, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. None of their cust serv numbers work, emails unanswered, worse are their undisclosed auto renew contracts. I've had enough of this miserable rip off company.

GBEVO Payments is Bad News. Stay far away. I had been a customer since 2015, and now I have a debt collector fee running AGGRESSIVELY behind me for a $495 cancellation fee + another $600 for whatever they're claiming. I must have forgotten I signed a lifetime agreement with them. EVO Payments is Bad News. Stay away from them.
