DO NOT USE!! Didn’t want to give any stars…Never got a digital photo or an email at all!! I have sent 2 emails and no one has responded but of course they CHARGED my CARD! I am going to write bad reviews on them everywhere I can if this is not revised today.

Hassle-Free and Compliant The last thing I wanted was to deal with non-compliant passport photos. Thankfully, the online service I used made the process hassle-free and ensured my photos were compliant. I received them quickly and was able to submit my application with confidence.

Paid for Passport Photos thinking this… Paid for Passport Photos thinking this was a legit company that had correct directions on how to have someone take your photo using the systems website biometrics. Wrong! Went to Walgreens to print per the instructions you provided, photo came out too large and didn't meet the photo size 2 x 2 requirements. Ended up having to go to a different company who took legit passport photos and printed the correct size. Wish I could get my money back from you guys...since your services literally didn't do as advertised or promised.

Refund without quibble The service was very quick but when I submitted the photos the UK Passport Office (PO) rejected them due to shading on one side of my face. I then discovered that I could take a 'selfie' myself and submit it directly to the PO and they would check it - did so and it was accepted first time round. I complained to Passportphotos.com about the photo they said was OK not being accepted by the PO and they refunded my money very promptly.

I might give this service five stars… I might give this service five stars after I try printing the photos. Taking the photo and having it verified was very easy, and the instructions provided with the photo were easy to follow. This is a great service since so many CVS stores in NYC no longer take passport photos.
