I might give this service five stars… I might give this service five stars after I try printing the photos. Taking the photo and having it verified was very easy, and the instructions provided with the photo were easy to follow. This is a great service since so many CVS stores in NYC no longer take passport photos.

Paid for Passport Photos thinking this… Paid for Passport Photos thinking this was a legit company that had correct directions on how to have someone take your photo using the systems website biometrics. Wrong! Went to Walgreens to print per the instructions you provided, photo came out too large and didn't meet the photo size 2 x 2 requirements. Ended up having to go to a different company who took legit passport photos and printed the correct size. Wish I could get my money back from you guys...since your services literally didn't do as advertised or promised.

easy enough to use. easy enough to use. the checkout process was confusing and they tried to sell me something for an extra $14.95 - I'm still not sure what it was but it appeared that i HAD to buy it to complete the order. I guess that's the nature of online businesses always trying to "upsell" the customer. I always try to be cautious regarding those nuisances. I haven't received my passport photos yet but so far so good. It certainly was easy. 3/20/2023
