This company is not operating honestly I signed up for a free trial which provided me with 15 free images. When I downloaded an image, I was charged $30 for it. I've tried contacting them but they're not picking up the phone. I'm still waiting for them to reply to my email. Incredibly deceiving way of operating.

Scammers Scammers. Do not signup or add a payment method, they will take your money while in the free trial period, and do not let you cancel or end subscription.

The “free” trial is a scam The “free” trial is a scam. I downloaded 3 images within 2 days of the 7 day window and a $69 charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately cancelled the “free” trial but I’m still trying to get a full refund. Customer service is rude and accused me of trying to exploit their free trial. Huh?

Immediate help! Kimberly could not have been more helpful today. I’m a brand new customer & was very confused about downloads & credits etc. I’m NOT very computer savvy so I explained what I needed to do & Kimberly very carefully & kindly walked through the steps & sent the selected photo to me. I’m very impressed by the immediate response & hope you are lucky enough to have more employees like Kimberly!
