CAReally good customer service I signed up for a big project for one month because Dreamstime had the best stock photos for my purpose other than the prohibitively expensive Adobe and Shutterstock. My subscription renewed before the one month was up and charged my credit card. That was annoying, but I was pleased when Customer Service promptly refunded me for the second month. The plan is worth what they charge. I just can't afford it.

GBI had a billing issue and they resolved it above and beyond… I had a billing issue and they resolved it quickly and refunded three months without my even asking. I came away feeling like they had clearly gone above and beyond to resolve an issue that all started because I had two separate logins due to my mistake.

GBExcellent company with terrific customer focus Used this site on and off for years. Excellent quality and excellent service. I bought the package deals. I found out that I had a monthly subscription for some reason. Don't know how it came about. Messaged them and they refunded the same day. Quality service and sadly increasingly rare.

GBKimberly V made my day Kimberly V made my day. I thought I had the rest of the day to finish a download and missed the window by a couple hours due to computer issues. Kimberly reinstated my download for the rest of the day which let me resolve my issues. This was a great customer interaction and the best part...a live person answered a phone call without hold or pushing a bunch of buttons!!!!
