CAThis company is not operating honestly I signed up for a free trial which provided me with 15 free images. When I downloaded an image, I was charged $30 for it. I've tried contacting them but they're not picking up the phone. I'm still waiting for them to reply to my email. Incredibly deceiving way of operating.

GBThe “free” trial is a scam The “free” trial is a scam. I downloaded 3 images within 2 days of the 7 day window and a $69 charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately cancelled the “free” trial but I’m still trying to get a full refund. Customer service is rude and accused me of trying to exploit their free trial. Huh?

GBI forgot to uncheck automatic renewal… I forgot to uncheck automatic renewal after purchasing a few images. Didn’t notice my credit card was being charged $25 a month until 4 months had passed. All my fault. I called and talked with Kimberly. WOW! Talk about customer service; Kimberly refunded all four months and was absolutely wonderful about the whole thing. Dreamstime should send Kimberly out to teach others about customer service.

GBDon't bother with this site their logos are fake I went to the site cause i saw a logo that i really wanted I signed up, and when I typed in the logo I wanted. it stated logo not found ....so then i typed in what i was originally looking for and it just kept showing me the same logo over and over on different signs and building this is a scam site, I canceled minutes after signing up. I actually think they get their logos from other sites just to entice people but cant deliver, and from the response they give to people after bad experience just go to show they don't give AF about customers. Im certain all their positive responses are just them writing about themselves Don't bother with this site
