No customer service Green gruff is totally lacking in customer service. Contacted the company three separate times, twice via phone at their toll free number. Left a voicemail, third through email. Had a concern on two separate occasions regarding my dog’s behavior on their relax calming hemp product. No response whatsoever. Will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Not a good way to do business.

I have two dogs I have two dogs. Squirt, a Snorkie, loves it but Boodle, a Bichon Poodle, won't touch it and he is the one that needs it, he'll be 16 in March. I did try breaking it up in his dry food and also covering it in peanut butter. After 3 days he was vomiting and it just did not sit well with his stomach. My neighbor's dog loves it and it has helped his dog. So I think it is a good product you just need to try it for your dog and see if they can tolerate it.

I've had my old dog on Green Gruff Ease… I've had my old dog on Green Gruff Ease for several months now and the improvement in her health has been dramatic. Since day one of his adoption, my younger dog has had skin issues and a tendency to scratch a lot that has been partially addressed by a prescription med (after trying darn near everything available). I've started him on Green Gruff Soothe and have seen some improvement as we near the end of the first bottle. He's scratching less and is now able to tolerate wearing his collar. I'm convinced that these are excellent products and I intend to be a loyal repeat customer.

Our 13 year old Pointer was struggling… Our 13 year old Pointer was struggling to sit in her favourite places and use the stairs. She often turned back from her walks right at the bottom of the driveway. We have tried the joint supplements for over 3 months now and just recently watched her jump back up onto the sofa with us. I feel even on the walks they are definitely adding to her joy of life.

Not for this particular dog, unfortunately. Okay, my rating is just for how he (the dog) reacted. The shipping was super fast, and well packaged. 5 stars for that. But the dog won't even try them! I don't know why. He just growled when we tried to offer one to him. We tried just leaving one of the chews within his reach without us being around, to see if he'd at least try it. He just wouldn't have anything to do with it. So, the product is probably fine, just not for this particular dog!
