Why are there 2 separate websites for… Why are there 2 separate websites for your products? Why not put your products all on one site so there isn't any confusion? The website on my black label sample takes me to the silver label website. I spent $85 on the wrong products because I wasn't aware there was another site for the black label. The silver label has done nothing for my dogs!

My dog takes Ease Joint & Hip with CBD… My dog takes Ease Joint & Hip with CBD we ran out and had trouble finding it so I call the company and ordered them not only that they were running a sale the lady I talked was so helpful. I will also add this product has helped my dogs mobility so much and when I ran out I could see a big difference in her.

Never received product I ordered from this company twice with no issue but on the third time, the product never arrived. When I emailed them to track the shipment, they sent a tracking code that showed it was delivered to a locker by the carrier yet I never received a code to open the locker. The product has been sitting in this locker for over three weeks in freezing weather with no way for me to access it. Green Gruff has not been helpful aside from providing the tracking number, no offer to contact the carrier on my behalf, send a refund or replace the product. I expect better customer service with their expensive products, and at the very minimum, a solution to help rectify the issue. I will not be ordering from them again, which is too bad because I was planning to order the $45 product for my dog once a month until this negative experience.

I have a very hyperactive 3 year old… I have a very hyperactive 3 year old German Shepard mix and these treats have been awesome. After about 30 minutes to an hour he is completely calmed down to a normal level. Absolutely recommend.

Green Gruff Ease Plus CBD - The best we’ve found for our 10 yr old… The best we’ve found for our 10 yr old 80 lb Aussie. He’d been limping for a while from arthritis pain. No more limping & he runs and plays with all the younger dogs like he used to. He goes regularly to the local dog park. Other Pet parents have commented they don’t remember seeing him run like that. It took a couple weeks to kick in, but it works. I have no doubt with the extra exercise he now gets every day that it will add a couple years to his life. He gets 2 twice a day. What a wonder!
