GBI liked it better when it was “Phone… I liked it better when it was “Phone Swipe” I’m constantly having to put my email and PW in to open program. My minimums are rediculous and are flagged / meaning waiting for my funds. If you notice I’m not using your services nearly as much to process. It’s truly a royal pain when your simply trying to check Client out The chip reader never works so I use my old swipe instead

GBIn less than one month North American… In less than one month North American Ban Card (trying to sound like Bank Card) Charged me over $12,000.00 in excessive processing fees. I managed to get back about $4,000.00. They just sent me a 1099 saying that it was income. So we reported them to the Feds. This is not a ligimate co. Many many complaints.

GBI'm filing a complaint with the FTC... I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.... Beware of the fraud they commit. After reviewing out business checking account, North American Bancard took monthly fees out in the amount of $840.65. We are a seasonal fireworks company. I send their machines back after the end of each season and canceled their services. They failed to document the cancellation and kept charging our business account.

GBThey put my account on hold for funding… They put my account on hold for funding review for 7 days. I had the run around from there call center until i finally found out who the rep is. Candance bolden closed my account because she was scared i called her directly at 586-636-1013 since she has had $12,680 in held monies from my customers. SO now they say 180 days to release my funds so now i look stupid calling my customers to do chargebacks to get that money back. Thanks alot never use these people

GBIf I can give them a zero star If I can give them a zero star, I would. After submitting a bunch of documents from our Company, including a copy of a voided business check and 3 months bank account statements, they declined our application, based on our Credit Score. If we were buying a car or a home, probably a credit score is needed, we are not buying anything from them. I honestly think North American Bankcard is a big waste of time.
