GBBad business practice I checked my bank statement and found a $300 debit by No American Bancard. Called and was told this was for new equipment which at the time I had not received and would be reversed if old equipment was returned. I provided UPS tracking receipt, no credit. After calling several times (disconnected 3 times) "further research is necessary". I was never informed as to this debit to my bank account and never gave permission for this transaction. Very frustrated and ready to check for a new processor.

GBThey sent my name to collection for… They sent my name to collection for $717… I’ve never used their service because it was damn near impossible to talk to someone .. they failed to mention that their services doesn’t work with my merchant BUT YET THEYRE BILLING ME!!! I will be disputing this load of crap.I use Shopify Payments and PayPal and Amazon checkout. These people are crooks!!

I called in November 2022 saying I sold business, They were suppose to send me information to return credit card machine, neverr did still charging every month for a service i am not using total BS. I told girl in June of 2022 that restaurant was up for sale she said no problem. If I used the service a couple of months.

GBThis is a scammer company This shady company is claiming our company owes them money when they literally did not process a single transaction for us. Somehow they're connected to another payment processor we started to use, but also didn't process a single transaction for us. Never heard of them until they sent a bill via email. No details, just a random amount they claim we owe.

GBSTAY AWAY STAY AWAY! THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! I have a lot of businesses and have worked with many credit card processing companies, but never have I dealt with such an unethical company. They constantly hit you with hidden fees, so you have to review your monthly statements very carefully every time. Also note, that they lock you into a 3 year contract, which is unheard of, and charge you a $650 early termination fee! They never express that in the many conversations before switching to their service, but bury it in the fine print of the contract. They avoid putting any of their lofty promises and commitments into emails, and every time you want to discuss something, they call you, or tell you to call them. Additionally, their monthly statements are so messed up, because there are too many hidden fees, that they can't even explain it, and simply brush you off. They overcommit on the rates they can get in order to lock you in, and then in reality the rates they provide are average. And to top it off, they curse at you when you tell them that you want to stop their services... Stay far away!
