Fast delivery Products came quickly as ordered. Prices were good in comparison to same products elsewhere. Not happy with customer service though, emailed twice to say I'd ordered a switch I didn't need before they were delivered but it still came. Emailed since to return and still not one reply. Good selection, poor delivery options I am happy with everything except the delivery. All of the orders I have placed have required a signature upon delivery. This is very inconvenient as there us often no one home during the day at my house. When I place a 10 pound order, I should be able to indicate that it can be left in a safe place, or with a neighbor
