GBGood service, but disappointed with the product finish The pewter touch dimmer I ordered had some of the pewter finish rubbed off, or scratched off in a couple of places. It was not bad enough to reject the item (because the hassle of sending items back and getting them replaced is usually a real bind), but I certainly considered this. Perhaps the company should perform a quality visual inspection before sending items out, to avoid the same thing happening to other customers.

What really impressed was there quick replies. There was never a need to ask as to what was happening. So refreshing when one has to keep badgering many similar companies. Alex & Paul were always on hand, unlike others where names keep changing and no personal contact is possible. IEgood range - v easy to browse the shopping was easy - an option to get parcels collected would be helpful considering I am also a TNT user and I know that it would have been 20 euro to collect and deliver the same parcel if it was on my account. all good other than that
