GBWith 1StopElectrics the customer feels supported and they keep you continually updated, so you have faith and trust in them Despite several difficulties in seeking out a particular switched spur 1StopElectrics went to extreme lengths to assist me. What really impressed was there quick replies. There was never a need to ask as to what was happening. So refreshing when one has to keep badgering many similar companies. Alex & Paul were always on hand, unlike others where names keep changing and no personal contact is possible. A great outfit I wish them well and good luck., Just stick with the personal approach you now have.

GBgreat service shame about delivery had a great service , was dispached the next day . Had a e mail and text to say it was on its way , so two days later still had no received item , so called wholesaler , was given couriers number . Thhey said delivery had been attempted but no one was in , i had not been left a card so didn't have any information . They told me only deliver on a mon to fri between 9 and 5 , so would have to go all the way to thamesmead on a friday afternoon to collect . This would put me off using wholesaler agaion , please change courier to royal mail , who take items back to sorting office , thanks

IEgood range - v easy to browse the shopping was easy - an option to get parcels collected would be helpful considering I am also a TNT user and I know that it would have been 20 euro to collect and deliver the same parcel if it was on my account. all good other than that

GBEasy On Line Service - Shocking Delivery Ordered Tuesday evening online. Message from 1stop Wednesday to confirm dispatch. No delivery by Saturday - answerphone massage left for 1stop. Email from 1stop early Monday stating delivery had been attempted Thursday (I question this - no courier missed delivery card left and my wife was at home all day on the look out for other deliverires we were expecting on Thursday) In the email chain exchanged on Monday 1stop changed the delivery instuctions to APC stating either neighbour or leave in rear garden. Tuesday: Contacted by APC wanting to arrange re delivery - they hadn't received the updated delivery instructions from 1stop. I drove to APC (12 miles from home) to collect in person. Regards Mike

GBGood selection, poor delivery options I am happy with everything except the delivery. All of the orders I have placed have required a signature upon delivery. This is very inconvenient as there us often no one home during the day at my house. When I place a 10 pound order, I should be able to indicate that it can be left in a safe place, or with a neighbor
