A Big Thank You To Paul It was such a surprise and pleasure to deal with 1stopelectrics when I recently bought my Dimmer Switch from them -they were extremely polite and very obliging in sending off the product I ordered. Their replacement Dimmer switch (my electrician couldn't fit the first one) arrived very promptly and I was given full and clear instructions about how to return the first one. So all in all I am very satisfied and in future use them again. Shahwar Sadeque

great service shame about delivery had a great service , was dispached the next day . Had a e mail and text to say it was on its way , so two days later still had no received item , so called wholesaler , was given couriers number . Thhey said delivery had been attempted but no one was in , i had not been left a card so didn't have any information . They told me only deliver on a mon to fri between 9 and 5 , so would have to go all the way to thamesmead on a friday afternoon to collect . This would put me off using wholesaler agaion , please change courier to royal mail , who take items back to sorting office , thanks

all was well. delivery was fine though the first day they tried we did not hear them ring due to power tools. So it would have been good if they had called, but this is the shipping company. Switch arrived and was what we ordered and needed.

Good service, but disappointed with the product finish The pewter touch dimmer I ordered had some of the pewter finish rubbed off, or scratched off in a couple of places. It was not bad enough to reject the item (because the hassle of sending items back and getting them replaced is usually a real bind), but I certainly considered this. Perhaps the company should perform a quality visual inspection before sending items out, to avoid the same thing happening to other customers.
