GBgreat service shame about delivery had a great service , was dispached the next day . Had a e mail and text to say it was on its way , so two days later still had no received item , so called wholesaler , was given couriers number . Thhey said delivery had been attempted but no one was in , i had not been left a card so didn't have any information . They told me only deliver on a mon to fri between 9 and 5 , so would have to go all the way to thamesmead on a friday afternoon to collect . This would put me off using wholesaler agaion , please change courier to royal mail , who take items back to sorting office , thanks

GBall was well. delivery was fine though the first day they tried we did not hear them ring due to power tools. So it would have been good if they had called, but this is the shipping company. Switch arrived and was what we ordered and needed.

GBGood value, great service and ever so prompt delivery! Job done! I needed to buy some matching electrical sockets to replicate this supplied by a contractor. One call, very efficiently dealt with by a knowledgable individual and that was that. Goods arrived next day as requested. Good value and prompt service!

GBScratches On Sockets and Dimmers Well, we had a few problems with the Order. Some Sockets and an expensive dimmer switch came with scratches. I have to say they did get it replaced straight away without any problems, but the replaced dimmer switch still had scratches on them. Again they replaced the knobs without problems, but again the replacement had scratches on them. Why couldn't this be checked before they sent it off? They did say that they did, but in the dark? As they didn't see any blemishes. Again I took photos and showed them. For an expensive new four way dimmer you don't expect any marks what so ever on it. I gave two stars because they did in the beginning replaced all marked items and were very forthcoming and return postage got refunded straight away, but all the hassle and still with a dimmer switch that has marks on it, it's just two stars I can give.
