Their replacement Dimmer switch (my electrician couldn't fit the first one) arrived very promptly and I was given full and clear instructions about how to return the first one. Fast delivery Products came quickly as ordered. Prices were good in comparison to same products elsewhere. Not happy with customer service though, emailed twice to say I'd ordered a switch I didn't need before they were delivered but it still came. Emailed since to return and still not one reply. Please get in touch!

What really impressed was there quick replies. There was never a need to ask as to what was happening. So refreshing when one has to keep badgering many similar companies.
