GBEasy On Line Service - Shocking Delivery Ordered Tuesday evening online. Message from 1stop Wednesday to confirm dispatch. No delivery by Saturday - answerphone massage left for 1stop. Email from 1stop early Monday stating delivery had been attempted Thursday (I question this - no courier missed delivery card left and my wife was at home all day on the look out for other deliverires we were expecting on Thursday) In the email chain exchanged on Monday 1stop changed the delivery instuctions to APC stating either neighbour or leave in rear garden. Tuesday: Contacted by APC wanting to arrange re delivery - they hadn't received the updated delivery instructions from 1stop. I drove to APC (12 miles from home) to collect in person. Regards Mike

GBGood range of products, good service and fair prices. Thank you! Bought a trailing edge dimmer switch which was unavailable at most electrical wholesalers. They knew exactly what I was talking about, most than at least 6 wholesale electrical companies I went to. They had the right product at a fair price and despatch and delivery was quick. Courier used also was very good, so very pleased about that also. Had a problem with my address not being correct as I had moved, but it was resolved quickly and courier came out quickly again and left as directed. Thank you, would definitely recommend and will shop again!

One call, very efficiently dealt with by a knowledgable individual and that was that. Goods arrived next day as requested. Good value and prompt service!

GBGood service, but disappointed with the product finish The pewter touch dimmer I ordered had some of the pewter finish rubbed off, or scratched off in a couple of places. It was not bad enough to reject the item (because the hassle of sending items back and getting them replaced is usually a real bind), but I certainly considered this. Perhaps the company should perform a quality visual inspection before sending items out, to avoid the same thing happening to other customers.
