GBGood service, but disappointed with the product finish The pewter touch dimmer I ordered had some of the pewter finish rubbed off, or scratched off in a couple of places. It was not bad enough to reject the item (because the hassle of sending items back and getting them replaced is usually a real bind), but I certainly considered this. Perhaps the company should perform a quality visual inspection before sending items out, to avoid the same thing happening to other customers.

GBFast delivery Products came quickly as ordered. Prices were good in comparison to same products elsewhere. Not happy with customer service though, emailed twice to say I'd ordered a switch I didn't need before they were delivered but it still came. Emailed since to return and still not one reply.
