Good range of products, good service and fair prices. Thank you! Bought a trailing edge dimmer switch which was unavailable at most electrical wholesalers. They knew exactly what I was talking about, most than at least 6 wholesale electrical companies I went to. They had the right product at a fair price and despatch and delivery was quick. Courier used also was very good, so very pleased about that also. Had a problem with my address not being correct as I had moved, but it was resolved quickly and courier came out quickly again and left as directed. Fast delivery Products came quickly as ordered. Prices were good in comparison to same products elsewhere. Not happy with customer service though, emailed twice to say I'd ordered a switch I didn't need before they were delivered but it still came. Emailed since to return and still not one reply. all was well. delivery was fine though the first day they tried we did not hear them ring due to power tools. So it would have been good if they had called, but this is the shipping company. Switch arrived and was what we ordered and needed.

A Big Thank You To Paul It was such a surprise and pleasure to deal with 1stopelectrics when I recently bought my Dimmer Switch from them -they were extremely polite and very obliging in sending off the product I ordered. Their replacement Dimmer switch (my electrician couldn't fit the first one) arrived very promptly and I was given full and clear instructions about how to return the first one.
