all was well. delivery was fine though the first day they tried we did not hear them ring due to power tools. So it would have been good if they had called, but this is the shipping company. Switch arrived and was what we ordered and needed.

Their replacement Dimmer switch (my electrician couldn't fit the first one) arrived very promptly and I was given full and clear instructions about how to return the first one.
