a good company would order again There was a mix up with my address hence a delay. Having contacted them they reacted positively but this should not of happened in the first instance.

They knew exactly what I was talking about, most than at least 6 wholesale electrical companies I went to. They had the right product at a fair price and despatch and delivery was quick. Courier used also was very good, so very pleased about that also. Had a problem with my address not being correct as I had moved, but it was resolved quickly and courier came out quickly again and left as directed. Middle of the road mirror chrome finish electrical plates I didn't want a cheap finish that would tarnish or rust but with 38 items needed I didn't want to pay £10.00 plus per plate. These Varilight mirror chrome finish switches and sockets were ideal in terms of finish and cost and seem well built although time will tell. All items were stocked and in stock by 1StopElectrics and delivery was free and quick.

Scratches On Sockets and Dimmers Well, we had a few problems with the Order. Some Sockets and an expensive dimmer switch came with scratches. I have to say they did get it replaced straight away without any problems, but the replaced dimmer switch still had scratches on them. Again they replaced the knobs without problems, but again the replacement had scratches on them. Why couldn't this be checked before they sent it off? They did say that they did, but in the dark? As they didn't see any blemishes. Again I took photos and showed them. For an expensive new four way dimmer you don't expect any marks what so ever on it. I gave two stars because they did in the beginning replaced all marked items and were very forthcoming and return postage got refunded straight away, but all the hassle and still with a dimmer switch that has marks on it, it's just two stars I can give.
