Zero stars Zero stars! Speedway, wake up! Find a new partner beside FleetCor. The absolute worst customer service experience. We spend about 5k a month, so we are not big potatoes, but not small neither. Anyhow, FleetCor is having problems with their local post office (per their customer service) delivering mail on time. In the past 6 months, they have locked our account because of non-payment 3 times. Even though we mailed a check up to 10 days prior to the due date. They has left our drivers stranded without the ability to fill up. Call customer service and get run around. We are done! Currently applying for credit with a competitor and will be parting ways.

The Fleet Card company charges an… The Fleet Card company charges an additional $500-$800 in various nominal fees almost every other month, In addition to gas fees, they also have monthly Fleet DashFee of $29.9 , a high-risk transaction fee of $170-200 , a late fee of $399.9 -$467 even for one day late, Fraud Protector Fee $52 and an additional $15 in interest. No Charge standards. I hope this company can express the charging standards of various names to the public, otherwise, as a consumer, you really feel that you have been robbed of money. cannot be logically demonstrated. If any enterprise wants to develop in the long run, it must have integrity, and it is immoral to go the wrong way to make money. Every time I ask customer service, they don't know the charging standard. never solve the problem.Can anyone tell me where I can find a way to complain and have them refund the fee?

COVID-19 OR YOUR LIFE This company treats its employees like cattle. They promised those that had the capability to be able to work from home if there was more than 10 cases of COVID 19. Well there is now over 2 dozen cases in MN alone. There is over 4K cases in the US. Still they keep holding off. They've allowed upper management to work from home, but not the supervisors or teams. Though we have the ability to do so. We are located in a huge office building that has other companies involved. We're an international company and are only a few minutes away from the international airport. Yet they will not allow us to work from. They're not taking this outbreak seriously enough.

This company deserves negative stars This company deserves negative stars. They only allow a 10 day period for payment. They never have the invoice done on the 1st, but expect the payment to be timely. They charge bogus fees without consent. If you pay your outstanding balance in full becasue the statement is not in yet, and transctions clear after tha, you will be charged an exhorbent fee of $1400 or more. They are a total rip off. They need to go down and be sued by every single user that has ever had their card. Anyone want to pursue a class action suit?

Unreliable! This company was working for us for about 2 months. The card all of a sudden started being declined for fraudulent activity, which we verified wasn’t accurate. They couldn’t remove the block or explain the issue so they sent a new card. We were unable to use the account for a week. The next month they decreased the credit balance with no warning and my driver couldn’t get fuel out of town. I called 3 business days ago and no resolution or explanation. They are horrible to partner with if you are a new business. I will be closing our account, since they have proven to be unreliable. DON’T DO IT!
