USEventbrite stole money from us Eventbrite stole money from us! They took over 5k in ticket sales then refused to release the funds to us. A few days before the event they suspended our account and froze all our money because we “violated community standards” Eventbrite said they would refund money to all the guests but never did. This place is criminal !! It needs to be shut down!

CAStay away from Eventbrite! I ordered tickets for Taqsim Driver and only receive 1 confirmation, and NEVER RECEIVED TICKETS in my account! There's no way to contact them: their Support simply "UH OH We have a problem" - doesn't work. Their messaging on Facebook doesn't understand my question. There's no email support. Are they scamming customers??

USNever received my concert tickets even… Never received my concert tickets even though my card was charged. No communication from Eventbrite or concert host to resolve the issue! Maybe a scam!

VNI am an event organizer They suspended my account on the day I received payment and I did not receive any notification. They did not pay me. They did not respond to any emails.

USThey don't give a rat's azz about… They don't give a rat's azz about customers. They simply ignore any email (their only contact method) requesting help with any type of issue.
