I’m an event organizer I’m an event organizer. Eventbrite is one of the platforms we use to list our events - we noticed missing money for certain events and when we asked they restricted our payouts completely. A month later we get them back and when we bring up the missing money of ours again… they restrict our entire payouts again. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone - and we asked them to take our events off their platform and they refuse to do that also. So they are still selling our products and are unwilling to pay us at all for any event. And still haven’t answered us about our missing money from months ago. They are a complete scam!!!!

"something is wrong" message for refund page I ended up using eventbrite again and if there was an option for negative stars, I'd give that. Why? Because this time, the process of refunding a customer is far worse. When you click the refund button, you'll see their "something is wrong" page that stays on for a few minutes before the proper refund page appears. This may have tricked other organizers believing they should seek help in processing refunds. It wouldn't have been terrible if the "something is wrong" page was replaced with a "loading refunds page". Anyone in process of receiving an eligible refund from any organizer on that platform should be prepared to file a lawsuit against Eventbrite. DO NOT LET EVENTBRITE STEAL ANY OF YOUR MONEY YOU ARE ENTITLED TO FROM THEM !!!

Stay away from Eventbrite! I ordered tickets for Taqsim Driver and only receive 1 confirmation, and NEVER RECEIVED TICKETS in my account! There's no way to contact them: their Support simply "UH OH We have a problem" - doesn't work. Their messaging on Facebook doesn't understand my question. There's no email support. Are they scamming customers??

Supporters of con artists I don’t know what’s happened to Eventbrite recently, but I’ve booked and paid for several events that haven’t happened. When I’ve clicked on zoom links to join events, I’ve received error messages saying the links are invalid. I’ve tried contacting Eventbrite for support, but never received a response. I’ve directly emailed the organisers multiple times, and again, haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t mind if these events were free, but when I’m paying £30 a pop and I never hear back from anyone, this feels like a massive con.
