Rubbish - don’t bother with it What a waste of time. Can’t see my tickets and when I click the links, Eventbright disappears and I’m back on my Home Screen. I’ve had the link sent 4 times, logged out and back in again to no avail. Just a very poor site.

ZERO HUMAN SUPPORT Their help center does not allow you to contact human support if your issue cannot be resolved by their chat bot or in the help center articles. Extremely frustrating.

Supporters Of Scamming I emailed, telephoned and reported to Eventbrite I had not received instruction nor received a ticket for an event I had purchased through Eventbrite for £18.04, they responded, I was not eligible for a refund and should contact the event organiser to resolve the issue. However, I could not contact the organiser through Eventbrite because Eventbrite was having difficulties retrieving the merchants' profile and I received no response from merchants when emailing them directly.

Does the job but it's a minefield Does the job but it's a minefield. Their account management is the worst engineering I have seen in ages. They clearly worked hard to lower barriers to buy tickets but the effort to give a good user experience after buying is offensively low. You can easily fill a form found on a social network without thinking too much as there's no login required so, if you use a different email (intentionally or not) from the one you already registered with Eventbrite the only way to get your tickets is to create a new account with that email and get confused af especially when you want to use the app for a few tickets. This results in a mess of accounts and tickets getting lost. They didn't include multiple emails or email aliases in the thinking.
