Organizers: They will steal your money TL;DR: Organizers, stay away if you're looking for a fair ticket sales service. Eventbrite recently introduced a new "Organizer fee", since the crapload of money they are making from their ticket sale fees wasn't enough. But as it turns out, they will also overcharge you on these organizer fees and will refuse to refund the difference, no matter how much you prove to them they charged too much. A customer service representative will kindly tell you they are working on a refund, only to receive an email two days later with some false or irrelevant reason why they won't. I have screenshots to prove everything. Bottom line, they will steal your money. Honestly, if someone files a class action against them for these overcharges I will be happy to join.

I am an event organizer They suspended my account on the day I received payment and I did not receive any notification. They did not pay me. They did not respond to any emails.

"something is wrong" message for refund page I ended up using eventbrite again and if there was an option for negative stars, I'd give that. Why? Because this time, the process of refunding a customer is far worse. When you click the refund button, you'll see their "something is wrong" page that stays on for a few minutes before the proper refund page appears. This may have tricked other organizers believing they should seek help in processing refunds. It wouldn't have been terrible if the "something is wrong" page was replaced with a "loading refunds page". Anyone in process of receiving an eligible refund from any organizer on that platform should be prepared to file a lawsuit against Eventbrite. DO NOT LET EVENTBRITE STEAL ANY OF YOUR MONEY YOU ARE ENTITLED TO FROM THEM !!!
