GBDoes the job but it's a minefield Does the job but it's a minefield. Their account management is the worst engineering I have seen in ages. They clearly worked hard to lower barriers to buy tickets but the effort to give a good user experience after buying is offensively low. You can easily fill a form found on a social network without thinking too much as there's no login required so, if you use a different email (intentionally or not) from the one you already registered with Eventbrite the only way to get your tickets is to create a new account with that email and get confused af especially when you want to use the app for a few tickets. This results in a mess of accounts and tickets getting lost. They didn't include multiple emails or email aliases in the thinking.

GBSold tickets to canceled concert and… Sold tickets to canceled concert and decline to _cancel_ event to invoke money return. Ticket sold in January. Canceled event was at March 24. Not answering emails. No support. No money return.

GBExtremely poor customer care Extremely poor customer care. Got in a loop with an ai bot wjen I asked why emails which were being sent with no problems before were all of a sudden being 'held for review' for nearly a month! Bot went round in circles trying to direct me to a form to fill out to speak to an actual person and report the problem?? Shoddy beyond belief! So I still can't email ticket holders and due to the lack of actual people, this is likely to not be resolved either!

DEOrganizers: They will steal your money TL;DR: Organizers, stay away if you're looking for a fair ticket sales service. Eventbrite recently introduced a new "Organizer fee", since the crapload of money they are making from their ticket sale fees wasn't enough. But as it turns out, they will also overcharge you on these organizer fees and will refuse to refund the difference, no matter how much you prove to them they charged too much. A customer service representative will kindly tell you they are working on a refund, only to receive an email two days later with some false or irrelevant reason why they won't. I have screenshots to prove everything. Bottom line, they will steal your money. Honestly, if someone files a class action against them for these overcharges I will be happy to join.
