DEOrganizers: They will steal your money TL;DR: Organizers, stay away if you're looking for a fair ticket sales service. Eventbrite recently introduced a new "Organizer fee", since the crapload of money they are making from their ticket sale fees wasn't enough. But as it turns out, they will also overcharge you on these organizer fees and will refuse to refund the difference, no matter how much you prove to them they charged too much. A customer service representative will kindly tell you they are working on a refund, only to receive an email two days later with some false or irrelevant reason why they won't. I have screenshots to prove everything. Bottom line, they will steal your money. Honestly, if someone files a class action against them for these overcharges I will be happy to join.

GBZERO HUMAN SUPPORT Their help center does not allow you to contact human support if your issue cannot be resolved by their chat bot or in the help center articles. Extremely frustrating.

GBExtremely poor customer care Extremely poor customer care. Got in a loop with an ai bot wjen I asked why emails which were being sent with no problems before were all of a sudden being 'held for review' for nearly a month! Bot went round in circles trying to direct me to a form to fill out to speak to an actual person and report the problem?? Shoddy beyond belief! So I still can't email ticket holders and due to the lack of actual people, this is likely to not be resolved either!

CA"something is wrong" message for refund page I ended up using eventbrite again and if there was an option for negative stars, I'd give that. Why? Because this time, the process of refunding a customer is far worse. When you click the refund button, you'll see their "something is wrong" page that stays on for a few minutes before the proper refund page appears. This may have tricked other organizers believing they should seek help in processing refunds. It wouldn't have been terrible if the "something is wrong" page was replaced with a "loading refunds page". Anyone in process of receiving an eligible refund from any organizer on that platform should be prepared to file a lawsuit against Eventbrite. DO NOT LET EVENTBRITE STEAL ANY OF YOUR MONEY YOU ARE ENTITLED TO FROM THEM !!!

PYSupporters of con artists I don’t know what’s happened to Eventbrite recently, but I’ve booked and paid for several events that haven’t happened. When I’ve clicked on zoom links to join events, I’ve received error messages saying the links are invalid. I’ve tried contacting Eventbrite for support, but never received a response. I’ve directly emailed the organisers multiple times, and again, haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t mind if these events were free, but when I’m paying £30 a pop and I never hear back from anyone, this feels like a massive con.
