Run from chase and wepay! Hands down the worst credit card processing service around! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I own a wholesale business and Wepay decided to hold a payment from a loyal, repeat, customer. I process their business card probably 10 times each year for large amounts. Chase said there is a 5 day hold on the payment, no explanation. Needed the funds to complete my customers order so I asked them to just refund the charge and I would process again with stripe (stripe has been great). Wepay will not refund the charge till the 5 days hold is up and then it can take another 3 to 7 days for client to get the refund. Flat out refused to refund and told me it is in their terms and agreement that they can opt not to process a refund. Makes me and my business look bad. Once again no explanation or reason as to why this hold is happening. I have processed over 1 million dollars a year with chase wepay for the past two years. No issues w my account or anything? I used PayPal and square for years and never had these problems. Stripe is good too. This was WePay’s 3rd strike with me, closing May we pay and chase altogether. Chase should be ashamed being a billion dollar company and making it harder for small business s to function and blatantly telling me too bad it is in the terms and conditions I agreed to. Shame on chase- The worst

Scam!!!!! Scam!!!!!! They will hold your funds and they do not care that they are putting your business in danger!!!! I spoke to customer service before signing my restaurant and lounge up when my POS system temporarily went down. They reassured me that if I go above $15k in one day that they wouldn't hold my funds beyond one week. I didn't go over the daily limit. But after a weekend of sales they decided to hold $12k for 120 days. There's no one to speak to over the phone. They only correspond via email and they take days to respond. I have no definitive answer to when I will receive my funds.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE; ZERO TRANSPARENCY. THEY HOLD FUNDS WITHOUT A REASONS AND HIDE BEHIND EMAILS; THEIR REAL NUMBER IS 888-659-4961; THEY ASK DOCUMENTS FOR SMALL TRANSACTIONS WHILE THE MONEY SITS IN THEIR ACCOUNT; ITS A FRAUDULENT SCHEME; THEY DONOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THE TRUE COSTS AND TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT INVOICES OR EXPLANATION.

These people are the worst These people are the worst. They make it almost impossible to work with them. First they take control of your money and will not release it until they are satisfied with all the unneccary documents they ask you to provide. I gave everything from Articles of Incrp, Sunbiz annual reports, licenses, utilities, etc..and they still refused to release my funds, ultimately telling me after a month of back and forth that they rejected my claim and will hold the money I earned for 120 Days before releasing it back to the client I serviced...which means I won't be able to go after those funds and walk away with nothing. Do not work with these vultures. These people deserve everything torturous that comes to them.

Businesses beware!!! Businesses beware!!! For some reason, they are holding all transactions for all clients for 120 days.. Been using them for over 2 years with no disputes or chargebacks, but for some reason started this October, the started holding all transactions for 120 days..Class Act in the works.
