THEY HOLD FUNDS WITHOUT A REASONS AND HIDE BEHIND EMAILS; THEIR REAL NUMBER IS 888-659-4961; THEY ASK DOCUMENTS FOR SMALL TRANSACTIONS WHILE THE MONEY SITS IN THEIR ACCOUNT; ITS A FRAUDULENT SCHEME; THEY DONOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THE TRUE COSTS AND TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT INVOICES OR EXPLANATION.

IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION, THIS WOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR IT. REFUNDED A CUSTOMER $1800 AFTER I SUBMITTED ALL MY STATE AND FEDERAL FILING PAPER WORK, INVOICE AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMER ON PAYMENT THEY SAID "Because of the proprietary nature of our review process, we are unable to share exact details." SWITCHED TO SQUARE FOR PROCESSING. WILL NEVER GO BACK. MAKES ME WANT TO LEAVE CHASE ENTIRELY.

I would give them 0-Stars if I could I would give them 0-Stars if I could. Suddenly and for no reason that they would explain, they not only stopped accepting credit card payments from my customers but payments made by customers were refunded back to them. Sounds absurd because it is. Terrible company. They damaged my cash flow with their unjustifiable actions.

Horrible experience Horrible experience, processed a single payment through them and was flagged immediately. They said they would hold my funds for 120 days and be closing my account. Was told that they wouldn't tell me why. Absolute garbage of a service and it has me looking a other banking options than chase for my business account. Glad I found out early before I actually used them more.

Stayyyyyy away from this service!!! Stayyyyyy away from this service!!!! Do not under any circumstances go with chase we pay business merchant account, I branched off my business, and opened a account, did 2 services for customers and they locked my account and canceled it, they have also locked the money up for 120 days and I cannot do anything about it! So my only option is to call my customers and have them submit fraud claims on their credit cards so they can get their money back and me bill them another way, imagine how bad that makes my business look this service can potentially cripple my small business!!!! I am beyond livid.
