GBscammer and useless credit card processing company ever This company is a scammer and they should not be allowed to operate. Useless, heartless, worthless company ever. Everything about them is zero and full scams. Useless customer service, heartless support team. They are designed to destroy companies. Especially startup businesses.

GBWePay are criminals that need to be stopped Sadly I found out too late that WePay is crooked. Many businesses have the same story, randomly stopped processing payments, held funds and refuse to release to me or refund to clients and it's been 70 days and counting. I've read businesses never get their thousands of dollars back even 1+ year later. Seriously considering a class action lawsuit against these criminals.

GBBeware WePay We setup a new WePay account (through Freshbooks), and WePay held our first payment for over 7 days, & then decided to refund the payment without any exact reason. Here's the exact message they gave us (below): "We request that this payment be processed outside of WePay. Our banks and processors hold us to a strict guideline on what we can and cannot process through our site. Because of the proprietary nature of our review process, we are unable to share exact details." Shady, and shows ill-intent towards small business. Beware this company.

GBRun from chase and wepay! Hands down the worst credit card processing service around! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I own a wholesale business and Wepay decided to hold a payment from a loyal, repeat, customer. I process their business card probably 10 times each year for large amounts. Chase said there is a 5 day hold on the payment, no explanation. Needed the funds to complete my customers order so I asked them to just refund the charge and I would process again with stripe (stripe has been great). Wepay will not refund the charge till the 5 days hold is up and then it can take another 3 to 7 days for client to get the refund. Flat out refused to refund and told me it is in their terms and agreement that they can opt not to process a refund. Makes me and my business look bad. Once again no explanation or reason as to why this hold is happening. I have processed over 1 million dollars a year with chase wepay for the past two years. No issues w my account or anything? I used PayPal and square for years and never had these problems. Stripe is good too. This was WePay’s 3rd strike with me, closing May we pay and chase altogether. Chase should be ashamed being a billion dollar company and making it harder for small business s to function and blatantly telling me too bad it is in the terms and conditions I agreed to. Shame on chase- The worst
