different product, same price, same window I ordered two identical ukulele's with two identical prices. One. was supposed to come with a tuner (it did)the other a bag case (it did not)

Didn't Get What I Bought I bought a Kara Concert Ukulele Kit (Ukulele, Tuner, Bag, Strap, and Strings), and when I got the package, they had only sent me the ukulele. I decided to just return it, but because of my troubles, I was able to get back the full refund without having to pay for shipping. The customer service was great though.

I never received my order and there was… I never received my order and there was never a track number or anything that I could follow up on it, wrote an email, and I’m waiting to hear back from you regarding either reimbursement or just receiving my order. Thanks.
