Ordered in plenty of time for a trip away but didn’t not arrive in time. Now waiting for the customs charge to come through. Appreciate that’s due to Brexit but needs to be made clear on the website along with realistic delivery times.

The shop is in the Czech Republic and… The shop is in the Czech Republic and delivery is at least one month and refunds are impossible. This important information is not displayed on the website, which is very unfair and bad business policy. But why should I be surprised, as I have lived half my life in Eastern Europe where such scams are commonplace. Oh, and please don't just write a copy paste reply, but change the name of the shop to "Metal shop Czech Republic" or something 'cause if not, then it will only be a scam.

Great seller, but yeah... Easy buying process, great seller communication on the delivery process. No issues at all. Just, yeah, be aware - these guys operate in Czechia, serving UK customers via a UK website domain name (.uk), therefore (thanks to moronic Brexit voters) a heavy customs charge will be imposed in some situations (for me, it was an extra £50 on-top of the £230 product) to see the package to its final destination. Not the seller's problem whatsoever - they're not going to cover UK customs charges, nor should they, so ignore stupid reviewers blaming Metalshop for what is Brexit's fault.

You guys promise things you can't… You guys promise things you can't deliver such as next day dispatching. You also don't include taxes and custom fees in prices of your products, so something that seems reasonably priced initially ends up being ridiculously expensive . Your customers service is also awful!
