Ordered in plenty of time for a trip away but didn’t not arrive in time. Now waiting for the customs charge to come through. Appreciate that’s due to Brexit but needs to be made clear on the website along with realistic delivery times.

Amended Review Delivery did take a little while but T Shirt has now arrived. The image is fantastic, however the T Shirt material is quite thin. Probably OK for a lady but a man's could do with being a bit thicker.

Rolling back to the Good Times This is my first experience of dealing with Metal Shop. Buying off the Internet I tend to be sceptical about particularly as the prices are very good. However, the products, the service and the communication is first class. Hence the rating. From the time your order is placed you receive information regarding the progress of your order and you can track it online. Would I use them again? Of course just keeping an eye out for something an old prog rock fan like me would dare to wear.

You also don't include taxes and custom fees in prices of your products, so something that seems reasonably priced initially ends up being ridiculously expensive . Your customers service is also awful!

The shop is in the Czech Republic and… The shop is in the Czech Republic and delivery is at least one month and refunds are impossible. This important information is not displayed on the website, which is very unfair and bad business policy. But why should I be surprised, as I have lived half my life in Eastern Europe where such scams are commonplace. Oh, and please don't just write a copy paste reply, but change the name of the shop to "Metal shop Czech Republic" or something 'cause if not, then it will only be a scam.
