Ian Haas = a great experience I've purchased my last two guitars from Ian Haas, with one more in the pipeline. I also just purchased a Boss Katana amp. Ian makes the process enjoyable and fun, more like chatting with a friend rather than a salesperson. I'm not a high volume buyer, but Ian and Sweetwater have my loyalty. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Great customer service reps I had a bit of a mishap with an order that got hit with a ~30% customs fee importing a set of speakers from sweetwater Into Canada. I ended up having to refuse the packaged due to the exceedingly high duty. At first I had though this was a total loss, but after reaching out to sweetwater i have nothing but good things to say about their customer service team. If you live in Canada, inquire about customs fees prior to ordering but rest assured their customer service is top notch.

Great company Great company! Only ordered a set of children’s rhythm sticks for about $3 and still received a call from company “thanking me for my order!” Who does that anymore. I have spread the word! Buy USA and Springwater co! Timely shipping and tracking.

I ordered by phone I ordered by phone. The salesperson listened to what I wanted. He was polite and had great phone etiquette. My purchase was shipped immediately and arrived in a well-packaged box. As always, Sweetwater never disappoints.
