The service is good but they have a… The service is good but they have a billing system that it's made to trick you and make you pay always without helping you removing the subscription. Also, once you add the payment method it's impossible to remove it... this is really really BAD for me. I will never again use it if they don't update this problems.. Still trying to figure out why I still pay if I removed the subscription weeks ago...

Don't waste time on your playlists I've been using Sound Stripe for a few years. The music for my type of projects is great. However, there's been a few times that I noticed my playlists were getting smaller... I would spend hours finding music for different types of projects only to come on a couple months later to see that the songs were now missing. I asked customer support if they were aware of this and they couldn't tell me straight up that they do "archive" songs so they disappear. Instead, they asked me a couple times to provide them songs so they could research this... First off, that could take several hours on my end because I do a few thousand video edits a year and subscribe to a few copyright free libraries. Secondly, its a simple yes or no answer now that I know the answer. I went back and forth with the support for about 10 minutes. Every video editor knows how many hours it can take to find good music and to find out they are "archiving" songs over time without letting us know is really annoying. The fact they wasted my time to get a response is also annoying. They said they'd pass the conversation to management, but I doubt it.

Soundstripe has provided me with…great service Soundstripe has provided me with awesome music selections for my wedding and corporate videography business. I love the new releases and vibe these songs provide my videos with. My only issue is that sometimes a lot of the songs start to sound the same. I completely understand each artist has their own particular style. But if you compile every song together at once and play them at the same time I think it would just sound like one similar piece of music.

Overall a very good and cheap service Overall a very good and cheap service. Still find quite a bit of it sounds very similar. But I always eventually find what I need, though sometimes the search takes a while, but it always has for me in any of these types of applications
