Lost 100,000 plays overnight Been with Soundrop since 2014 and been really happy. This year they started duplicating my videos on youtube. My most popular video was upto 78000 views. I contacted them to ask what was going on, no reply, the videos kept being duplicated by IIP-DDS a Soundrop 'partner'. Then suddenly overnight all the original videos were deleted and all my counts are back to zero. All playlists, links, likes etc are now useless. I've gone from around 1000 plays per week and around $15 per month to virtually nothing. The channel is ruined. I've pleaded with Soundrop to restore with no reply. A real kick in the teeth. No reason given, no response. Heartbreaking.

With them, my income has grown and I have been doing only music for several years now. Support works very fast, releases are loaded quickly. They've gone so downhill They've gone so downhill. Processing times are slow and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL ANYMORE! NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

Long Waits Months' worth of waiting for your music to get distributed because they're painfully slow and reject everything. Also, near impossible to get approved for auto distro. ONLY positive about this is the price
