If I could give zero stars I would. If I could give zero stars I would with little hesitation, minimal to no support or service. I have had the frustration and utmost displeasure of using Soundrops services, and wouldn't bother writing a review if only I could warn off and advise people not to use let alone consider using them for disturbtion. I sent a project out in feburary, and have had countless amount of issues trying to separate and claim my work DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT USE SOUNDROP IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM FOR ANY MUSIC RELATED WORK. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Very very bad services!! Albums lost! After upload a lot of cd, with my original work, they wrote me an email where they say that I violated copyright, with my music!! I have responded that I have uploaded with them, all original music, or classical public domain, my music in creative commons too! They asked me documents about MY music! I have not understood. I asked what kind of documents, about me... No respond. After 2 hours they have deleted my music from digital stores!! My music o public domain classical music with 10.000 listeners for a lot of pieces in spotify! Do not waste your time! Stay away! They are a family, work maybe at home... they are a part of cd baby maybe, so go to other major distributor or free distributors...

Lost 100,000 plays overnight Been with Soundrop since 2014 and been really happy. This year they started duplicating my videos on youtube. My most popular video was upto 78000 views. I contacted them to ask what was going on, no reply, the videos kept being duplicated by IIP-DDS a Soundrop 'partner'. Then suddenly overnight all the original videos were deleted and all my counts are back to zero. All playlists, links, likes etc are now useless. I've gone from around 1000 plays per week and around $15 per month to virtually nothing. The channel is ruined. I've pleaded with Soundrop to restore with no reply. A real kick in the teeth. No reason given, no response. Heartbreaking.

Loving it so far. I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!

Service worse after asking for upload fee This is the second time a release has been delayed. I uploaded everything over two weeks ago and set the release date for today which is plenty of time according to their website. Not only is it not live on Spotify (probably THE most popular platform) it's not even up on YouTube when soundrop has it listed as live. Seriously what is going on here? And now it costs money to upload when their service is worse than it's ever been??? This is the last time I will ever use soundrop for music distribution. Totally and utterly unprofessional. You have ONE job to distribute music and you can't get that right.
