NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

GBDisgusting We have been using Soundrop since 2006 and they have been fine until just recently. Soundrop support claims get you nowhere because the staff does not care about what you need, they just say things to make you feel better without following through. They have withheld over $1,000 from our group in the past 6 months with no explaination. Sick and tired of having to email back and forth because it gets you nowhere. Will never be using them again and I suggest you use another website to stream your music.

GBLoving it so far. I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!

CAIt's just way too wonky It's just way too wonky, releases won't get out on time and they lie about you being able to change release dates manually, pretty much it locks the release for the entire process. Support is useless. Its cheap and good for covers, but it's way too frustrating to try to use for regular releases.

GB0 Communication for 5 weeks before… 0 Communication for 5 weeks before release. Release meant to be next week and songs are locked on Sounddrop platform. Have emailed each week to customer service with no reply. Artist page on spotify not appearing so can't pitch tracks. Severely dissapointed and don't know how to take down
