NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Stay away at all cost They literally talk over half a year to take down music (maybe even longer as it is still not gone from every platform). The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will assure you that stuff is done in 2-3 days and then it takes several months without any information. How about you stop lying to me and just give me a realistic estimate? well they basically stole my music as it is impossible to remove it now. I should never have left distrokid and I will return to them now. At least they have a working platform.

Your much better off going to a company like anti-joy and paying £20 a year. Some points to take into account if you choose to use soundrops services 1. No Customer Support. None. - Good luck getting any response from any human if you have an issue. If your lucky you might get a response Months, yes MONTHS later. 2. Releases delayed. - even if you submit a release months early, they will only pass the processing stage days before the release date which already delays it by 2 weeks. 3. Bugs. site is buggy and there will most of the time be an issue with your release where it tells you to email support. well good luck getting a response.

Lost 100,000 plays overnight Been with Soundrop since 2014 and been really happy. This year they started duplicating my videos on youtube. My most popular video was upto 78000 views. I contacted them to ask what was going on, no reply, the videos kept being duplicated by IIP-DDS a Soundrop 'partner'. Then suddenly overnight all the original videos were deleted and all my counts are back to zero. All playlists, links, likes etc are now useless. I've gone from around 1000 plays per week and around $15 per month to virtually nothing. The channel is ruined. I've pleaded with Soundrop to restore with no reply. A real kick in the teeth. No reason given, no response. Heartbreaking.

Loving it so far. I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!
