The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will assure you that stuff is done in 2-3 days and then it takes several months without any information. How about you stop lying to me and just give me a realistic estimate? well they basically stole my music as it is impossible to remove it now. I should never have left distrokid and I will return to them now. At least they have a working platform.

Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Releases delayed. - even if you submit a release months early, they will only pass the processing stage days before the release date which already delays it by 2 weeks. 3. Bugs. site is buggy and there will most of the time be an issue with your release where it tells you to email support. well good luck getting a response.
