This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.

They've gone so downhill They've gone so downhill. Processing times are slow and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL ANYMORE! NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

It's all a Big Scam The moment you start earning royalties they lock your account and refund what you paid for uploading the songs. What a Scam.

Service worse after asking for upload fee This is the second time a release has been delayed. I uploaded everything over two weeks ago and set the release date for today which is plenty of time according to their website. Not only is it not live on Spotify (probably THE most popular platform) it's not even up on YouTube when soundrop has it listed as live. Seriously what is going on here? And now it costs money to upload when their service is worse than it's ever been??? This is the last time I will ever use soundrop for music distribution. Totally and utterly unprofessional. You have ONE job to distribute music and you can't get that right.

0 Communication for 5 weeks before… 0 Communication for 5 weeks before release. Release meant to be next week and songs are locked on Sounddrop platform. Have emailed each week to customer service with no reply. Artist page on spotify not appearing so can't pitch tracks. Severely dissapointed and don't know how to take down
