RUI've been working with Soundrop since… I've been working with Soundrop since the very beginning. They used to be called Loundr.FM. With them, my income has grown and I have been doing only music for several years now. Support works very fast, releases are loaded quickly. I tried to cooperate with other services, and came across a lot of problems, including unjustified debiting of money from my card. I express my gratitude to Soundop/

GBExtremely slow distribution/response times They used to be great and I never had problems with them for the years I have been with them, however they have been going down hill recently due to extremely slow distribution and customer support response times. It will take them months to distribute your music and answer your emails. This will just hurt your momentum as an artist. It's a shame because I used to like them, but now I will just have to go elsewhere to release future projects. UPDATE: they finally released my EP after two months. After trying to release a cover song with Landr, I relalized how much better Soundrop is for releasing covers even though theyre really slow. So thats why I changed my rating to 3 stars.

GBLoving it so far. I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!

GBSoundrop's affordable cover licenses has been a life saver! I have been using Soundrop since July 2023 and have only had positive experiences with them. I am a small video game cover musician and Soundrop's price for cover song licensing is incredible and is the reason I'm able to get my songs up on music streaming services due to my low income. They have always been upfront about video game songs I'm not able to upload due to licensing issues (Such as music not being release in the US etc.) meaning I'd need a custom license and go else where, but for the songs I'm able to upload and release, there have never been any issues. When I have had metadata issues with song releases such as cover art, title or spelling mistakes, they have always been quick to update and release the music in a timely manner. Towards the end of last year, I was under a different artist name on streaming services and decided to takedown my music and rebrand due to concerns of my artist name potentially causing issues with a game company. The take downs of all my songs were all successful and done very quickly. I understand the customer service isn't the best at all at the moment, so I really hope this improves in the future to help Soundrop gain more positive reviews and experiences for future costumers. That would be my only feedback for Soundrop.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would. If I could give zero stars I would with little hesitation, minimal to no support or service. I have had the frustration and utmost displeasure of using Soundrops services, and wouldn't bother writing a review if only I could warn off and advise people not to use let alone consider using them for disturbtion. I sent a project out in feburary, and have had countless amount of issues trying to separate and claim my work DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT USE SOUNDROP IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM FOR ANY MUSIC RELATED WORK. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
