Disgusting We have been using Soundrop since 2006 and they have been fine until just recently. Soundrop support claims get you nowhere because the staff does not care about what you need, they just say things to make you feel better without following through. They have withheld over $1,000 from our group in the past 6 months with no explaination. Sick and tired of having to email back and forth because it gets you nowhere. Will never be using them again and I suggest you use another website to stream your music.

Long Waits Months' worth of waiting for your music to get distributed because they're painfully slow and reject everything. Also, near impossible to get approved for auto distro. ONLY positive about this is the price

This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.

Loving it so far. I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!

It's just way too wonky It's just way too wonky, releases won't get out on time and they lie about you being able to change release dates manually, pretty much it locks the release for the entire process. Support is useless. Its cheap and good for covers, but it's way too frustrating to try to use for regular releases.
