The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will assure you that stuff is done in 2-3 days and then it takes several months without any information. How about you stop lying to me and just give me a realistic estimate? well they basically stole my music as it is impossible to remove it now. This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.

AMAZING MUSIC DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM I don't know why there are a lot of bad reviews. But I can assure you that after trying out a lot of music distribution platforms, I have come to a conclusion that Soundrop is the most affordable, efficient platform among them all. They genuinely respect and care for all of the music producers and lovers such as myself. I am glad that I found Soundrop. At the start I was a bit sceptical but over time, I have grew to love them by how they communicate to their customers.

None. - Good luck getting any response from any human if you have an issue. If your lucky you might get a response Months, yes MONTHS later. 2. Releases delayed. - even if you submit a release months early, they will only pass the processing stage days before the release date which already delays it by 2 weeks. 3. Bugs. site is buggy and there will most of the time be an issue with your release where it tells you to email support. well good luck getting a response.
