They allow copyrighted samples sometimes. 4. No YouTube Content ID. 5. 15% revenue charge. 6. Very Buggy website. 7. Need to improve their service.

GBThey've gone so downhill They've gone so downhill. Processing times are slow and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL ANYMORE! NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

GB0 Communication for 5 weeks before⦠0 Communication for 5 weeks before release. Release meant to be next week and songs are locked on Sounddrop platform. Have emailed each week to customer service with no reply. Artist page on spotify not appearing so can't pitch tracks. Severely dissapointed and don't know how to take down

GBLost 100,000 plays overnight Been with Soundrop since 2014 and been really happy. This year they started duplicating my videos on youtube. My most popular video was upto 78000 views. I contacted them to ask what was going on, no reply, the videos kept being duplicated by IIP-DDS a Soundrop 'partner'. Then suddenly overnight all the original videos were deleted and all my counts are back to zero. All playlists, links, likes etc are now useless. I've gone from around 1000 plays per week and around $15 per month to virtually nothing. The channel is ruined. I've pleaded with Soundrop to restore with no reply. A real kick in the teeth. No reason given, no response. Heartbreaking.

DEStay away at all cost They literally talk over half a year to take down music (maybe even longer as it is still not gone from every platform). The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will assure you that stuff is done in 2-3 days and then it takes several months without any information. How about you stop lying to me and just give me a realistic estimate? well they basically stole my music as it is impossible to remove it now. I should never have left distrokid and I will return to them now. At least they have a working platform.
