Long Waits Months' worth of waiting for your music to get distributed because they're painfully slow and reject everything. Also, near impossible to get approved for auto distro. ONLY positive about this is the price

With them, my income has grown and I have been doing only music for several years now. Support works very fast, releases are loaded quickly. I tried to cooperate with other services, and came across a lot of problems, including unjustified debiting of money from my card. I express my gratitude to Soundop/

Stay away at all cost They literally talk over half a year to take down music (maybe even longer as it is still not gone from every platform). The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will assure you that stuff is done in 2-3 days and then it takes several months without any information. How about you stop lying to me and just give me a realistic estimate? well they basically stole my music as it is impossible to remove it now. I should never have left distrokid and I will return to them now. At least they have a working platform.

It's all a Big Scam The moment you start earning royalties they lock your account and refund what you paid for uploading the songs. What a Scam.

This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.
