NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.

With them, my income has grown and I have been doing only music for several years now. Support works very fast, releases are loaded quickly. Long Waits Months' worth of waiting for your music to get distributed because they're painfully slow and reject everything. Also, near impossible to get approved for auto distro. ONLY positive about this is the price
