NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.

It's just way too wonky It's just way too wonky, releases won't get out on time and they lie about you being able to change release dates manually, pretty much it locks the release for the entire process. Support is useless. Its cheap and good for covers, but it's way too frustrating to try to use for regular releases.

AMAZING MUSIC DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM I don't know why there are a lot of bad reviews. But I can assure you that after trying out a lot of music distribution platforms, I have come to a conclusion that Soundrop is the most affordable, efficient platform among them all. They genuinely respect and care for all of the music producers and lovers such as myself. I am glad that I found Soundrop. At the start I was a bit sceptical but over time, I have grew to love them by how they communicate to their customers.

Extremely slow distribution/response times They used to be great and I never had problems with them for the years I have been with them, however they have been going down hill recently due to extremely slow distribution and customer support response times. It will take them months to distribute your music and answer your emails. This will just hurt your momentum as an artist. It's a shame because I used to like them, but now I will just have to go elsewhere to release future projects. UPDATE: they finally released my EP after two months. After trying to release a cover song with Landr, I relalized how much better Soundrop is for releasing covers even though theyre really slow. So thats why I changed my rating to 3 stars.
