NONE! if there is an issue with your release, you must contact them, however just no response. Their customer service was always bad, but for more important cases you would still get responses. Now it's non existent, no matter what issue you have

Lost 100,000 plays overnight Been with Soundrop since 2014 and been really happy. This year they started duplicating my videos on youtube. My most popular video was upto 78000 views. I contacted them to ask what was going on, no reply, the videos kept being duplicated by IIP-DDS a Soundrop 'partner'. Then suddenly overnight all the original videos were deleted and all my counts are back to zero. All playlists, links, likes etc are now useless. I've gone from around 1000 plays per week and around $15 per month to virtually nothing. The channel is ruined. I've pleaded with Soundrop to restore with no reply. A real kick in the teeth. No reason given, no response. Heartbreaking.

This service is awful This service is awful. They're the only company who will license covers without a recurring fee and they SURE do take advantage of that fact. Slow processing times, constant bugs on the site, ludicrous restrictions on things like art & title (which other distributors don't do), and poor support. Do NOT use these guys. Just put your covers on YouTube, this isn't worth it.

It's just way too wonky It's just way too wonky, releases won't get out on time and they lie about you being able to change release dates manually, pretty much it locks the release for the entire process. Support is useless. Its cheap and good for covers, but it's way too frustrating to try to use for regular releases.

Soundrop's affordable cover licenses has been a life saver! I have been using Soundrop since July 2023 and have only had positive experiences with them. I am a small video game cover musician and Soundrop's price for cover song licensing is incredible and is the reason I'm able to get my songs up on music streaming services due to my low income. They have always been upfront about video game songs I'm not able to upload due to licensing issues (Such as music not being release in the US etc.) meaning I'd need a custom license and go else where, but for the songs I'm able to upload and release, there have never been any issues. When I have had metadata issues with song releases such as cover art, title or spelling mistakes, they have always been quick to update and release the music in a timely manner. Towards the end of last year, I was under a different artist name on streaming services and decided to takedown my music and rebrand due to concerns of my artist name potentially causing issues with a game company. The take downs of all my songs were all successful and done very quickly. I understand the customer service isn't the best at all at the moment, so I really hope this improves in the future to help Soundrop gain more positive reviews and experiences for future costumers. That would be my only feedback for Soundrop.
