Great Customer Service Great customer service. Trusted partners on our Tax planning and preparation. Experts on what they do. Providing Q and A with Tax Specialists 3x a week is so helpful. Highly recommended.

They have great promises but once… They have great promises but once evaluated by a real tax professional it reveals they are recommending what are basically scams. The biggest money saving recommendations was on the IRS dirty dozen abusive tax shelter list. This is a great way to get audited. Now they are giving me the runaround about giving me a refund that they "guarantee" 4/26: Updated to reflect your reply, you recommended both syndicated conservation easements, and captive insurance, which in addition to being a giant red flag also requires you setup multiple entities, get licensed as an insurance company, etc, etc, all that just to get audited at the end. I tried to link to the IRS website but TrustPilot does not allow that, so you can look at their March 4, 2024 dirty dozen, but both have been in most of the dirty dozen reports.

Tate Thornton was very helpful and… Tate Thornton was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions in a concise and understandable manner. I feel more confident about my ability to save more money on my taxes. That’s very exciting!
