Actually Feel Like I Know What I'm Doing I am new to Tax hive. After 5 years as a small business owner I finally feel like I have the resources to get ahead. I was afraid the business acceptor would be filled with get rich quick schemes and propositions to pay more to get different features but it wasn't.

Disappointing Experience and Questionable Review Practices I hired Tax Hive based on the strong endorsements and promising service descriptions on their website. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, there were severe miscommunications, unmet promises, and an overall lack of responsiveness. My initial sales representative, Lars, became unreachable shortly after I signed up, and the tax plan provided was generic, not reflecting the tailored solutions I was promised. Additionally, when I tried to address these issues, my request for a refund was denied without proper justification. What adds to my concern is that Tax Hive hosts reviews directly on their site but does not provide an option for customers to post their own, which leads me to question the authenticity of the positive reviews displayed. This lack of transparency and the poor service I received makes me believe potential customers should be very wary. I recommend looking elsewhere for tax services.

Beware of Tax Hive tax planning! Beware of Tax Hive. They do bait and switch. Very sneaky company but they pretend not to be. Their salesman called our business to tell us how great their service was. $5000 to sign up, but guaranteed over and over that if they don't save you $5000, you will get a refund. a no brainer right? They keep you on the phone until they get your credit card and get you to docusign their contract. They tell you, don't worry about the contract, just sign it. Then they tell you over and over is they can't save you $5000 on your taxes, they will refund. We signed up and later realized we made a big mistake. They tell you to upload previous years tax return and they will look at it to see if they can save $5000. We didn't hear from anyone for a month. Their refund policy is 7 days. Also weren't told that to review the taxes is an additional $750. They also don't tell you that to prepare your taxes is $2750. We are a small business and it really only takes 1/2 hour to do the taxes. You just input income and expenses into a computer program and it does it for you. All accountants do this now. Tax Hive is owned by Kevin O'Leary, from shark tank. We are sure that if he know how the salesmen were representing his company he would be very upset. He is plastered all over the website. I guess i am out $5000 as they simply refuse to refund anyone. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH! Beware!

So much smarter then my cpas.Tax Hive it's saving me thousands of dollars with my tax planning! The team is super intelligent on tax code and lining me up to succeed in our businesses and increasing our bottom lines greatly!
