My initial sales representative, Lars, became unreachable shortly after I signed up, and the tax plan provided was generic, not reflecting the tailored solutions I was promised. Additionally, when I tried to address these issues, my request for a refund was denied without proper justification. What adds to my concern is that Tax Hive hosts reviews directly on their site but does not provide an option for customers to post their own, which leads me to question the authenticity of the positive reviews displayed. This lack of transparency and the poor service I received makes me believe potential customers should be very wary. I recommend looking elsewhere for tax services.

The biggest money saving recommendations was on the IRS dirty dozen abusive tax shelter list. This is a great way to get audited. Now they are giving me the runaround about giving me a refund that they "guarantee" 4/26: Updated to reflect your reply, you recommended both syndicated conservation easements, and captive insurance, which in addition to being a giant red flag also requires you setup multiple entities, get licensed as an insurance company, etc, etc, all that just to get audited at the end.
