Excellent Lending Products & Top Notch Customer Support I have been looking at making the move to NorthOne for the last little while, and I’m so happy that I did. The suite of new lending products is impressive and has been able to meet all of my business’ needs right out of the gate. The excellent customer service has also been so refreshing — kudos to Brandon for making my support experience top notch.

Bad experience Northone My account had been functioning normally for over a year until someone named Amanda appeared. She requested my business information and subsequently closed my account without any explanation. It's worth noting that the business information I provided was the same as I had previously. I have consistently paid the $10 monthly fee, but they prefer to close the account. I have reached out to Amanda multiple times, but there has been no response from her. She appears rude. How can a financial company operate like this? Finance should be transparent, and I believe this company is rather opaque. Be cautious with Northone.
