I could not navigate to purchase BEFORE starting the process and would purchase before if available and then I could speak to a rep regarding questions I may have.

I remember it being more difficult last year but the process has either been improved or I simply found it easier to follow this time. My one issue is that I wanted to double check the amounts I had put in for my state taxes and I didn't find an easy way to go back to do that.

I had 2 questions which were responded to within 24 hours over the weekend. The cost was quite reasonable.
